They kept changing the delivery date for my sofa without even letting me know beforehand, and it turned a 3-month wait into 7 months, eh. The lack of communication about these changes was just not right, eh. I would have been more okay with it if they had just told me about the longer timeline. And then, to top it all off, I cancelled my order, and Kardiel said they got it, but it's been 2 months and still no refund, eh. This kind of service has got me wondering about the company's honesty and ability, eh.
