    Gift delivery mishap

    I'm so mad at the service I got from this company. They sent my package to the wrong address and no matter how many times I tried to reach out to them and FedEx, nothing got solved. I bought those items as a gift for someone important, and now I don't have them and I lost my money. It's so frustrating how they handled my order with no care or responsibility. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I'm really happy with the service from Wedding Hashers. The hashtags they made for my wedding were so fun, clever, and creative - even better than I expected. They were able to come up with unique and personalized hashtags despite our tricky last names. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get them to us.     Lost bottle cap

    My favourite bottle lost its cap while I was away at a wedding. I was pretty upset 'cause I couldn't get a new one shipped to the US. But the customer service folks were super helpful and sorted it out quick. I'm happy to say that a new cap is on its way to me now. Hands down, that was the best customer service I've ever received.

    Chromis computers

    At Scuba Pro, the customer service is not up to par in my opinion. The products are decent when they work, but I have not had much luck with the Chromis computers. I've gone through three of them, and each one broke in different situations. One stopped working while I was on a flight, which I think may have been because I tried to change the settings while in the air. The other two broke while I was just wearing them like a regular watch at work. Dealing with customer service for these products has been a bit of a headache. Having to send them in and then go pick them up from a dealer is a hassle, especially since most dealers are only open during typical business hours. I also didn't get much assistance when I called for support, as the techs wouldn't tell me what the issue was with my computer. All in all, a very frustrating experience with both the products and customer service.

    So, I was trying to recover my forgotten password, eh? It was such a nightmare, you know? The recovery methods were completely useless and didn't even work!     Commercial/Residential Furniture Purchase

    Eh, so like, I'm someone who's always looking to spruce up spaces with some new furniture, right? I've ordered from this company before and usually, I've been pretty happy with what I got 'cause the stuff looks fancy but doesn't cost a bundle. But lately, I gotta say I had a pretty rough time. I put in an order back on 03/09 for 4 chairs and a couch with an ottoman, and man, it did not go smoothly. They said the chairs were in stock and would ship out in March, but they didn't show up until June. And the couch? Well, it never made it with the chairs. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me the couch was all busted up and they were fixing it. But now it's been ages and I still don't have my couch or any updates. It's a real bummer, let me tell ya. So, if you're thinkin' 'bout ordering from these folks, maybe give it a second thought, eh?

    I had a rough time with this online hotel booking site that didn't live up to what they promised. I saw a bunch of bad reviews, so I tried out HotelsCombined instead.
