I gave a call today to get some info on an upcoming cruise and gotta say, was super happy with the customer service I got. The person I talked to, Aiza, was really patient, paid attention, and was super helpful. She made sure she fully got my questions and gave me quick and correct support. I really felt like a valued customer, which is pretty rare these days. Aiza went above and beyond and I just wanted to say thanks for the awesome service.

I recently planned a cruise with the help of a Cruise Advisor named Girlie Canio, and let me tell you, she was fantastic! Girlie was super professional, always had the info I needed, and made booking the cruise a breeze. She patiently answered all my questions and even helped coordinate with the other couples joining us on the trip. Plus, she was always quick to respond, so I never had to bug her for info.
Just the other day, I asked Girlie for help with extending the payment deadline for our friends who were having trouble getting their Shengen visas in time. She went above and beyond, contacting Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and getting us a positive answer. Her friendly attitude, flexibility, efficiency, and quick responses really made the whole experience great.
