Alaska cruise booking cancelled

I had booked an Alaska cruise for September but had to cancel because of my mom's health. I was really bummed out but didn't know how to cancel, so I shot an email over to the cruise advisor, Gonzales. He was super kind and empathetic, and got everything sorted out quickly for me, resulting in a full refund. I was so thankful for his assistance and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.
