Paid customer experience
I've been a paying customer for quite a while and, overall, I've been pretty happy with the service. But, I ran into a problem not too long ago - I couldn't log in to my account and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. It's frustrating when you're shelling out money for something and there's no one to help you out when you need it.
Master password trouble
My master password isn't working and the face ID recovery is stuck in a loop. I can't reset my password or access my passwords. Can't get any help if I'm not logged in. I'm so frustrated and losing important passwords because this company is so incompetent. Don't bother, it's no good.
Canceling paid subscription
I've been using this product for a long time, but after 10 years of meh experiences, I decided to try out a different service because of the bad design and ergonomics. When I tried to cancel my paid subscription, I couldn't do it straight from the dashboard. So, I had to contact their support team for help, but it's been a rough week and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. It's pretty disappointing to see that their customer service is seriously lacking, especially with all the negative reviews out there.
Login accessibility issues
I just had a really frustrating experience with the login on this platform. They made a new rule where you have to change your main password every time you log in, but they don't tell you beforehand. It's really hard for me and others who struggle with language disabilities, and it's a total headache to deal with. It's like they're not even helping out people like us who need support. It feels unfair and like they're discriminating against us.

I had a really frustrating experience recently with the subscription renewal process at this company I use. Difficulty accessing support
Customer support is practically non-existent because they ask for ridiculous information like your last IP address. It's so frustrating and seems almost impossible to reach them. You're better off saving yourself the headache and not bothering to try to get in touch with them.

Last month, I got super frustrated with my password alert not working properly. I explained the situation to them, but they just kept asking for more information. I found out online that many others are facing the same problem. Why did they say I was the only one? They always remind me about weak passwords, but their security dashboard doesn't show any issues. It's been 3 months and the problem still isn't resolved. Not cool at all!

So, I was trying to recover my forgotten password, eh? It was such a nightmare, you know? The recovery methods were completely useless and didn't even work! I was so frustrated and angry, I regretted trusting this company at all. I mean, there was no support whatsoever, it was a complete disaster, eh?

I signed up for a password manager subscription and have been really let down by the service. My password manager has been acting up for weeks now, and even though I've been in touch with customer support several times since March 4th, my problem still isn't fixed. The support team keeps closing my case, saying I haven't replied when I clearly have. It's frustrating to go back and forth with no solution in sight. I used to suggest this service to folks, but now I wouldn't even suggest it to someone I don't like. Dealing with customer service has been a total nightmare.
Free version user since 2009
I didn't really have any problems until LogMeIn came along and messed everything up. They jacked up the price, didn't listen to any complaints, took away features, had super unhelpful customer service, and messed up my computer's performance.
Password manager purchase
As a user of a password manager, I've had a totally different experience than the last person. Ordering was easy and customer service was great. They always knew what they were talking about and helped me when I had questions. The price was fair and the product had a lot of good features. Getting the password manager up and running was fast and simple.
Theft of money
I was using this thing, but then I stopped because it was really not secure. Out of nowhere, they just took money from my card without asking me. My bank said they couldn't do anything because it was an offline payment. And there's no way to contact support or remove my card. So sketchy!

Switched to another password manager
So I decided to switch to a new password manager because I was worried about security, eh. But when I tried to cancel my current subscription, I couldn't find a cancel button anywhere on the website. I had to fill out a support request just to ask to cancel. And then, even after sending the request, the company wouldn't let me go that easily. They wanted all kinds of personal info and proof of purchase just to cancel. It was frustrating and left me feeling really dissatisfied with their service, you know.

Password Manager
I gave that Password Manager a shot, but it was a total bust. I thought it would keep my passwords nice and secure, but when I shared them with a buddy, she could easily peep them on YouTube and other social media sites. LastPass even said they can't do anything to prevent that! And they won't acknowledge that other sites are dealing with the same issue. On top of all that, they've had numerous security breaches. No way I'm giving them another try.

I really like how the password manager works. It's great that it sends an email for approval when someone tries to log in from a different IP address. With all the hacking going on lately, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my information is more secure. I feel safe knowing that my strong password is keeping my sensitive information protected.
