VPN service for streaming BBC
I recently got a VPN to watch BBC shows on my laptop. But right from the start, I had issues with it not working properly. I emailed tech support a bunch of times, but the problem didn't go away. It was so frustrating to have slow streaming, especially since I never had this problem with other VPNs. I tried to get a refund within the first 14 days like the company's policy says, but the account department didn't get back to me about it. It's really disappointing that they didn't follow their own policy, and now I'm not happy with how things turned out.

Hey, so I ordered a bunch of trampoline springs and they arrived really quickly, even faster than I thought they would! The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for without any issues. The quality of the springs was great and they fit perfectly on my trampoline. Easy resume formatting, time-saving, pleasant customer service
I was so surprised at how easy it was to format my resume and make it look all profesh without spending hours on a Word doc. It saved me a bunch of time and headaches, which I totally appreciated. The only downside was having to call or email to make changes or cancel my sub, which was a bit of a pain. But the person I talked to in customer service was super nice and made it all smooth sailing for me. All in all, I'd say I had a pretty good experience with the service.

Nuance PDF software purchase
I recently got Nuance PDF software, eh, and ran into a real annoying problem. Out of nowhere, the software just stopped working and started showing a note saying it was a Trial Version on all my PDF files. So, I did some digging and found out that Nuance got taken over by another company, which looked like it was the reason for the software acting up. Even after reaching out to their Tech support for help, the problem just wouldn't get fixed after months of talking back and forth and even giving them remote access to my computer.

Unreliable customer service, disappointing call options, risky trades
My experience was so aggravating and disappointing, eh. Took me a solid 5 hours just to get a hold of customer service, and when I finally did, they hung up on me after a measly 3 seconds. Like, come on now, that's just not cool, eh. Can't even recommend their call options, they're that bad. And don't even get me started on how they handled last-minute trades, snatching my hard-earned cash and then blaming it on some so-called riskiness. Total lack of professionalism, if you ask me. Overall, my experience with them was just plain awful, and I'd seriously suggest folks steer clear.

The software used to work great, eh? It was quick and easy to manage my passwords, but now it's just so slow, eh? It feels like it never gets updates anymore. It takes forever to load now, I could just write my passwords on paper and hide them in the garden for when I need them.
