Job Application Assistance
I recently used their service to help me out with my job application and it actually helped me land the job I was aiming for. But here's the thing - I thought I had already canceled my subscription, but turns out I hadn't and got hit with a $24 charge that I couldn't swing at the moment. So I decided to reach out to their customer service and I gotta say, they were top-notch. Super professional and really went out of their way to fix this mix-up. They canceled my account right away and promised to refund my money in 3-5 business days. It meant a lot to me that they were so understanding and willing to work things out.

I was so surprised at how easy it was to format my resume and make it look all profesh without spending hours on a Word doc. It saved me a bunch of time and headaches, which I totally appreciated. The only downside was having to call or email to make changes or cancel my sub, which was a bit of a pain. But the person I talked to in customer service was super nice and made it all smooth sailing for me. All in all, I'd say I had a pretty good experience with the service.

I had a problem with my account getting cancelled out of nowhere by someone I never even talked to or met. It really bugged me and I had no clue what to do, so I gave customer service a ring to figure it out. Luckily, I got to chat with Eimy and she was a total superstar. She stayed calm while I was all wound up, kept it professional the whole time, and really came through in getting my account sorted out.
