Job Application Assistance
I recently used their service to help me out with my job application and it actually helped me land the job I was aiming for. But here's the thing - I thought I had already canceled my subscription, but turns out I hadn't and got hit with a $24 charge that I couldn't swing at the moment. So I decided to reach out to their customer service and I gotta say, they were top-notch. Super professional and really went out of their way to fix this mix-up. They canceled my account right away and promised to refund my money in 3-5 business days. It meant a lot to me that they were so understanding and willing to work things out.
Partial refund, discounted subscription
I gotta admit, I was pretty annoyed when I found out that I signed up for another job search company by mistake, on top of the one I really wanted. But, the person I talked to on the phone was super helpful. They not only gave me some of my money back for the mix-up, but also cut me a deal on the monthly cost of my subscription. I really liked how they took charge and fixed things up right away. Now, I feel better about trying out all the tools and services this company has to offer in my job hunt. Can't wait to check them out some more!

But when I checked my email, I saw that all the info was actually there, so I went ahead and cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back. To my surprise, they quickly helped me get my refund, and that totally changed my mind about them. Now, I totally recommend them not only for their awesome customer service, but also for the great tools they provide.
