At first, I was really frustrated because I thought the company was being sneaky with their billing. I felt like I was getting charged too much without even knowing it was going to happen again. But when I checked my email, I saw that all the info was actually there, so I went ahead and cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back. To my surprise, they quickly helped me get my refund, and that totally changed my mind about them. Now, I totally recommend them not only for their awesome customer service, but also for the great tools they provide.
