Partial refund, discounted subscription
I gotta admit, I was pretty annoyed when I found out that I signed up for another job search company by mistake, on top of the one I really wanted. But, the person I talked to on the phone was super helpful. They not only gave me some of my money back for the mix-up, but also cut me a deal on the monthly cost of my subscription. I really liked how they took charge and fixed things up right away. Now, I feel better about trying out all the tools and services this company has to offer in my job hunt. Can't wait to check them out some more!
