I really like not having to think about what to make for meals every week and not having to go grocery shopping. This service lets me pick my meals online and then all the ingredients get delivered to my house. It makes meal prep easy and I can eat healthier without worrying so much. I'm not the best at cooking, but the recipes this service gives me make me feel like a chef. And there's no waste because everything is already measured out.

I think it would be nice if they gave loyal customers like me some perks or discounts to say thank you. I've been a customer for over 3 years and I've brought in new customers through referrals, but I haven't gotten any rewards. It would be great to get a free meal once in a while to show they appreciate me.

I just found out that my extra downloads don't carry over to the next month, and it bummed me out. Talked to a chat agent and they said I can roll over up to 20 downloads from my 10 limit, but any extras are gone. It's something, but still disappointing because it feels like I'm wasting money on months when I'm not using the service.

I didn't really have any problems until LogMeIn came along and messed everything up. They jacked up the price, didn't listen to any complaints, took away features, had super unhelpful customer service, and messed up my computer's performance.

Getting a ticket was so easy, all the details were sent right to my inbox. But man, the lack of assigned seating was a bit of a mess - had to move around because of conflicting seat reservations, not cool at all!

I got these super cool sunglasses that make the sea look amazing when I'm on vacation! But then, I accidentally scratched them and was so bummed. I asked to get them fixed and the repair service was amazing! It was really easy to send them back, they fixed them super quick, kept me updated, and the people were so friendly!

I had a really bad experience with the tax filing service. I booked an appointment online, but when I got to the office, the time had been changed without telling me. I had to wait behind walk-ins and late appointments, which was annoying and not very professional. The person I talked to online couldn't help me and told me to go to an office. It's been a big hassle trying to get help at an office. And to top it off, the staff didn't know how to file the form I needed, so it was all a waste of time and really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend their tax filing services at all.
