Liberty still sent my order without the gift, which was the whole reason I bought it. Customer service told me to refuse delivery to get a refund. I did that, but they tried to deliver it again the next day. Dealing with the unhelpful customer service team was so frustrating. It's all because Liberty can't keep track of their stock properly and doesn't care about their customers.
