Recent order experience
I recently made a purchase from Liberty London and I must say, I was pretty happy with the whole experience. The ordering process went really well, super smooth and efficient, and I got all three separate orders sooner than I expected. The packaging was top-notch, everything inside was all good and in order. I really liked how they paid attention to the details with the packaging, made the whole thing feel fancy. Compared to another luxury store, Liberty London really went above and beyond with their service and delivery.<br><br>One thing that could be better though is how they manage their inventory. Sometimes, even though the website shows a product is in stock, they end up not having it when you order. That can be frustrating for customers who relied on that info to make a purchase. I think Liberty London should step up their inventory check procedures to avoid this happening in the future.
Beauty drop subscription renewal
I've been with the beauty drop service for a while now, and I've gotta say, they really came through for me recently. So, I had a little hiccup when my quarterly box ended up at my old address instead of my new one after I moved. I reached out to their customer service team, and let me tell you, they didn't mess around. They updated my details right away so this wouldn't happen again. Not only did they fix things up real quick, but they also sent another box to my new place, and I had it in my hands the very next day. I'm seriously impressed by their speedy response and top-notch customer service. I'm one happy camper and will definitely keep supporting their services.
Beauty Drop subscription for beauty advent calendar
My first time shopping with Liberty was when I signed up for their Beauty Drop subscription to get their beauty advent calendar last year. I was really impressed with how great the calendar was and all the items it came with. During my subscription, I had to reach out to customer service a couple times because some items were missing or damaged, but they were always super quick to fix the problem. I was really happy with the awesome service I got from Liberty, which is rare to find these days in the retail world. And it was so handy being able to contact them through WhatsApp too.
Beauty Subscription
The customer service at this department store is really great. I had a question about a gift with purchase, and after a few email back and forths, they quickly fixed the problem and even sent me the item with next day delivery. I really like how they communicate so quickly and efficiently, and the team is always there to help. I think more companies should try to be like them. And I have to say, I've been super impressed with the beauty subscription service - it's amazing! I've already told a bunch of friends about it.
Liberty Beauty Box
I got my Liberty Beauty Box last Tuesday, but I was kind of bummed because I never got an email from Liberty or Yodel letting me know when it was going to arrive. Normally, I get an email every three months, but this time, I didn't hear anything. I contacted customer service about it and they said they would send me another beauty box. It was nice of them to do that, but I just wanted an email explaining why there was a mix-up, not another box.
Gift with purchase disappointment
I recently bought something and was supposed to get a gift with my order. But when my order was ready, the gift was gone. Liberty still sent my order without the gift, which was the whole reason I bought it. Customer service told me to refuse delivery to get a refund. I did that, but they tried to deliver it again the next day. Dealing with the unhelpful customer service team was so frustrating. It's all because Liberty can't keep track of their stock properly and doesn't care about their customers.
Hair care products
I bought some hair stuff at Liberty London and I was super happy with all the choices they had. The folks there were really nice, but I gotta give a big shoutout to Jay in the hair care section. She really took the time to break everything down for me and make sure I knew how to look after my hair the right way. Jay made me feel so at ease, even when I was feeling kinda embarrassed about my hair situation. Honestly, she deserves a promotion for how awesome she was!
Amazing customer service
I just don't understand why some people are trashing this store. Every time I go, the customer service is amazing! And if there's an issue with something I bought, they always handle it. Nisha and Faiza are fantastic! I really adore this store. I'll definitely continue shopping here and recommending it to everyone I know. 5 stars all the way!

Designer clothing purchase
What’s up with Liberty London having Amazon deliver my fancy clothes? It’s kinda like ordering caviar and getting it in a McDonald's bag. I’m spending a lot of money on luxury stuff, so I want top-notch service, not a company known for selling toilet paper in bulk. Liberty, get it together and use a courier as classy as your products.
Fragrance gift set
I bought a fragrance gift set from this store not long ago, but it ended up being a bit of a hassle. The website was easy to use and I ordered it without any problems. But when the package came, it was missing one of the items from the set. I contacted customer service, and at first they got back to me, but now they haven't followed up or fixed the issue. The fact that their online service lacks communication and reliability is worrying, and it's really disappointing to experience such bad customer service.
2 shirts on promotion
I bought two shirts from the store recently because there was a promotion going on. The deal was, spend £300 and get £100 off, which seemed like a good deal to me. But when I tried to return one of the shirts and exchange it for a different one, the customer service was really disappointing. They said it wouldn't be a problem, but when I returned the shirt, I didn't get the refund like they promised. Instead, they emailed me saying I had to buy the shirt again and they would honor the price. I tried calling them multiple times to sort it out, but they were not helpful at all. I'm a regular customer, I even buy their advent calendar every year, so this whole thing has made me feel frustrated and disappointed. Now I'm without the shirt I wanted and £175 down. I'll definitely be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
Order online, pick up in store
It was a breeze ordering online and then heading to the store to grab my stuff! The folks working there were really friendly, especially the gal who assisted me. She unpacked my order and packed everything up in my bag with a smile.
Overpriced Perfume
I went to the store the other day and man, the customer service was terrible. The staff didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling or the deals they had going on. And to top it off, they were so rude and unhelpful. It's like they don't care about providing good service to the customers, especially in a high-end store like this. I left feeling so annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Beauty Drop Subscription
I was so let down by The Beauty Drop. At first, I thought paying 20 bucks a month for beauty goodies and getting store credit sounded amazing. But then they went and added a 5 buck admin fee this year. Like, seriously? Now I'm shelling out 60 bucks a year for basically zilch extra. And don't get me started on the whole free online shipping nonsense - that extra fee totally wipes out any savings. Overall, definitely not getting my money's worth with this subscription.
Online shopping experience
I recently tried to buy something online and it was the worst shopping experience ever. The customer service was no help at all and couldn't fix any of the problems I had. I tried to place an order more than 10 times but I still couldn't do it. I kept going because I had some vouchers to use, but even that didn't make it any better. I'm really disappointed with the service I got and I won't be shopping there again willingly.
Clothing item
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the standards at that place. The customer service in-store was okay, but the online staff were not up to par. I tried reaching out for help with my order, but it was a real struggle to get a useful response. I was hoping for better from a store with such a good reputation. In the end, I chose to take my business somewhere else where I felt like a valued customer.

I'm really frustrated right now, eh! I cancelled my order because they started charging more fees, and you know what? They still took my money! What's going on, eh?! I've been on the phone with customer service forever and still haven't received my refund. It's been almost 10 days, come on now!
Ordered a cool shirt
Oh my goodness, I ordered this super cool shirt and it arrived so quickly! I was in New York on Monday and by Tuesday it was already at my house in London. The service was amazing and fast, I was so surprised. I will definitely be shopping here again!
