    This company is such a scam, eh. I got sucked in by the cash back deal on my AMEX card and right away I knew it was too good to be real. Their website claims everything is always on sale, but it's just a ploy to draw people in. When I tried to cancel my order just 2 hours after making it, they said no and even threatened me with a restocking fee if I didn't accept the delivery. It's obvious that lots of other folks have been taken advantage of by this shady company. Don't trust them, eh.

    Highlight and contour sticks trio

    I bought these three highlight and contour sticks from this brand, eh, and honestly, they were a total waste of money, eh. The colors didn't look good on me, the quality was low, and the sticks felt cheap and sticky on my skin, eh. On top of that, the product easily came off, even when I used setting spray, eh. When I asked for a refund, they said no refunds if the product is opened. How are we supposed to know if it's good if we can't try it, eh? Altogether, I was really let down by this purchase and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, eh.

    Cross-country move experience

    I recently moved across the country and decided to hire a moving company for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience with the company I chose wasn't great. The whole process of scheduling the trailer delivery, pickup, and unpacking was confusing and complicated. It was hard to keep track of all the steps and phone numbers, which just added more stress to an already tough time. When I started unpacking, I realized some of my things were broken, which was really frustrating and disappointing.

    On top of that, the company's referral for unloading help turned out to be a disaster. The 'Moving Staffers' they recommended actually made things worse, so I had to scramble last-minute to find another moving company to fix everything. All in all, my experience with the moving company was really bad and just made my cross-country move even harder.

    Flight tickets to China

    So I was looking for a cheap flight to China and came across this website that looked really promising. The flight was advertised as only £449.99 for a round trip, which was such a great deal! I went through all the booking process, picked out my seats, used my credit card to pay, and then BOOM! Out of nowhere, the price jumped up to £890! Seriously, what a bummer. They should have been upfront with the real price right from the start, not spring it on me last minute like that. So frustrating!

    I'm really confused about how this whole thing works. I can't seem to figure out how to edit or delete things I submitted. And why is everything free for everyone to use?     My time with the tour guides, Amrish and Waqas Khan, was amazing. They shared so much info about Dubai culture and history, making the tour not just fun but super educational too.     I picked up some new plates and bowls for my room and they're really awesome! They have this nice swirl design on them and they're really strong.     Running shoes refund delay

    I just bought a pair of running shoes from this company and ended up having to return them. It's been over 3.5 weeks now and I still haven't got my refund. I reached out to customer service through their website chat and they told me there were some technical problems processing refunds which has caused a big delay. They couldn't give me a clear answer on when I can expect my money back, which is really annoying especially coming from such a big and well-known company. They did say they were working on fixing the problem, but it's been 5 days since then and I haven't heard anything new.

    I was really looking forward to trying out this global cuisine cooking kit from this company, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.     I've been collecting trading cards for a long time, and let me tell you, my experience with this company was not great. Every time they released a new batch, the website would crash, and it was pretty clear that those scalpers with bots were grabbing most of the cards before us regular folks even had a shot. It felt like the company cared more about making money off resellers than taking care of us loyal customers. The card prices were already steep, and having to battle scalpers just drove them even higher, making it tough for the average collector to afford them at retail price. The company's greed is just not cool, and it's only pushing away the very customers they should be looking after.

    I would suggest looking into other online retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, or Neiman Marcus instead. I personally had a bad experience with my purchase from this provider - I spent $2,000 in July, returned everything a few weeks later, but only got a refund of $1,000. Despite making 6 phone calls, talking to several managers, and sending 10 emails over 6 weeks, I still haven't received a response. They keep saying they're behind schedule and have no clue when they can help me. It's been a real headache and I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

    Oh geez, I really wish I hadn't used this site. It's honestly the worst ever! Dealing with customer service is like talking to a brick wall, I swear. And let me tell you, those how-to videos are completely useless. Navigating the back office is a total nightmare, no joke. When I need help, forget about it - can't even get in touch with anyone. Ugh, never going back there again!

    I ordered something that was supposed to be in stock a month ago, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling them, but they never pick up. I've also sent them emails, but they haven't replied. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how they're handling this.
