Customer service and refund process
My experience with this store was really disappointing, eh? I had a problem with my order and when I contacted customer service for help, they totally dropped the ball. Not only did they not offer any useful solutions, but they also lacked empathy and professionalism, which really surprised me. Dealing with their disrespectful and unhelpful attitude was just brutal. The refund process was a total nightmare and left me feeling frustrated and upset. It's obvious to me that this store doesn't really care about customer satisfaction or solving problems properly, eh.
Dissatisfied customer service
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, shopping both online and in-store. But my recent encounter with their customer service left me feeling pretty let down and irritated. When I reached out to them about an issue, all I got back was a polite response that didn't really try to fix things or show any concern for solving my problem. It really made me think twice about buying from them in the future.

My recent experience at this store was pretty disappointing. The customer service was seriously lacking in politeness and professionalism. My order had problems, like missing items and unclear prices at checkout. When I tried to get help from customer service, the reps were so unhelpful and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. It was really frustrating and honestly made me wish I hadn't shopped there.
Sweater dress purchase
I recently bought a sweater dress from this company and it was not a great experience. Their customer service was not very good and they took a long time to respond. I waited almost a month for my order to arrive, and when I asked about it, they told me it was sold out. The company didn't communicate well and the whole thing was really disappointing. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Wedding dress purchase
I just bought my wedding dress from this store because it was cheaper than another place. At first, I was nervous because of some bad reviews I saw online, but I took a leap of faith. The dress came so fast and was exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
My pants
My pants finally arrived after what felt like forever! I didn't receive any email updates on the processing for a long time, and then there was another delay because of a sale. It literally took a whole month for me to get them! I didn't receive any notifications about these delays, I had to end up calling and asking for updates myself.
Recent online purchase
I recently ordered something online because my favorite store was closed because of COVID-19. I knew my size, so I didn't have to worry about trying it on before buying. It took longer than expected for the package to arrive, about a week later than they said originally. I know sometimes shipping can be delayed, but it would have been nice if they let me know that ahead of time. Even though it arrived late, the stuff I got was good quality and I was happy with my purchase in the end.
Oversized jacket purchase
Unfortunately, I went ahead and bought a jacket from this store without checking reviews first, and now I'm kicking myself for it. The jacket I got is way too big - three sizes too big, to be exact - and on top of that, their customer service is just terrible. I've tried reaching out via email and phone multiple times, but still haven't heard back with the return code I need to send the jacket back and get my money back. It's really frustrating to deal with such poor communication and unprofessionalism from a company. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to order from them, that's for sure.
Out of stock items
I was really annoyed because I made two orders at Intermix and both times they canceled my items a few days later even though they were still available on the website in the right size. It's just frustrating to have my orders canceled out of the blue. And on top of that, the shipping takes forever, plus their customer service didn't even respond to my emails when I had problems. I only shopped at Intermix because of their sale prices, but next time I'll check out other retailers like Revolve to see if they price match.
My shirt from that store
That store is super awful, eh! I tried to return my shirt, but they wouldn't give me my money back. The customer service was just terrible, and nobody could help me out. It was a complete disaster, eh, and I swear I'll never step foot in that place again.

I had a pretty bad experience with my online order from this store the other day. I'm so frustrated with this company, eh. I waited forever for my order, and when it finally arrived, they sent me the wrong size. I emailed them multiple times, but got no reply. I was really disappointed and just didn't have the energy to deal with the return process after seeing all the bad reviews online. I thought this company was good, but my experience showed otherwise. Don't bother ordering from them, eh. Save yourself the trouble.

Oh man, let me tell you, that customer service experience I just had was brutal. I tried reaching out online, but got zero response for days. It was so frustrating and honestly just not cool. So, I picked up the phone and called, only to be met with rudeness and zero help. The person on the other end clearly didn't give a darn about my issues. But finally, I got to talk to a real person, a kind lady who actually cared. She fixed everything up real quick. Hey, Intermix, you seriously gotta up your game when it comes to customer service. There's plenty of other places to shop where they actually treat you with respect, you know?
Frustrating online shopping
Oh man, online shopping is such a hassle sometimes! I keep getting emails saying the stuff I want is out of stock. And then they send me a discount code that never seems to work. Ugh, it's really frustrating!
2K worth purchase
I would suggest looking into other online retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, or Neiman Marcus instead. I personally had a bad experience with my purchase from this provider - I spent $2,000 in July, returned everything a few weeks later, but only got a refund of $1,000. Despite making 6 phone calls, talking to several managers, and sending 10 emails over 6 weeks, I still haven't received a response. They keep saying they're behind schedule and have no clue when they can help me. It's been a real headache and I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
Recent exchange inconvenience
I had a really frustrating time with this store recently. I brought back a dress in December, hoping to get my money back, but they only offered me an exchange. The problem was, they didn't have what I wanted in stock or in my size. And to top it off, when they finally sent me back the dress, it was damaged. I tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but they didn't respond for months. It wasn't until I got a generic apology email saying they were only taking returns for purchases made at the end of March and later that I heard back from them.
Leather jacket and denim jeans
My recent experience at this retailer was a total letdown. For the second time in a row, I had to deal with awful customer service and strict policies that made things worse. The staff didn't seem to care about making customers happy, so I left feeling annoyed and unhappy. It's pretty obvious that this retailer doesn't care about keeping customers coming back, and I bet they're losing out on a lot of business because of it. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again in the future.
promotional gift card issue
That whole customer service experience was just terrible, eh? Like seriously, how can a company even handle themselves so unprofessionally? I got sent in circles by three different people about this promo gift card I was supposed to get. First, they told me I had to wait for it to be manually made by someone. So I figured, okay, I'll be chill and wait it out. But after more than a month passing and me constantly checking my emails, I decided to call back and find out that these promo gift cards are non-refundable. That means I got handed this useless card for my next purchase, but if I return one of the two items I bought, I lose the whole dang value of the card. Like, how does that even make sense? They should have told me about this sketchy policy from the start. It's super sneaky and messed up if you ask me. I'm never buying from them again and you bet I'm gonna warn everyone about their shady ways.
Bad return experience cuz of re-attached tag
Oh man, I had such a terrible experience at that store! I tried to return this thing because it was all wrinkly and didn't fit properly, but they wouldn't take it back because they thought I messed with the tag! Can you believe that? And on top of that, the item was just terrible quality, why would I even want to keep it? The customer service was just awful, I am never setting foot in that place again!
Lovely clothes but disappointing purchase and return process
I totally agree with what others are saying about this store - the clothes are really fabulous. However, my experience with buying and returning items has been so annoying and disappointing. I don't see myself coming back here anytime soon. It's too bad because the clothes are really top-notch, but they really need to work on their customer service and return policies.
