Liberty band
I bought the Liberty band from this company, but it was too big even though I followed the size guide. When I contacted customer support for help, I was sad to get a robotic reply. What made it worse was the next response saying they wouldn't pay for return shipping, even though I already paid for the first shipping. I ended up spending more to send it back and got less money refunded than I paid. It was a really frustrating experience with terrible customer service overall.

Sustainable apparel purchase
I recently bought some eco-friendly clothes from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. Not only are they trendy and cozy, but knowing they're made from recycled materials makes me feel like I'm doing my part for the environment. The socks and undies I got have stayed in great shape even after lots of washes, and I really like that the company is all about reducing waste and using ethical methods in their production. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Cast iron cookware set
I recently bought a set of cast iron cookware from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The cookware is tough, easy to clean, and cooks everything evenly. I love that they use recycled materials and make sure their products are safe to use. The Dutch oven that came with the set is now my favorite pot for soups and stews. The parchment papers have made baking and cooking a lot easier and cleanup is a breeze. The kitchen towels are also really nice and look good in my kitchen.

Oh man, let me tell you, that customer service experience I just had was brutal. I tried reaching out online, but got zero response for days. It was so frustrating and honestly just not cool. So, I picked up the phone and called, only to be met with rudeness and zero help. The person on the other end clearly didn't give a darn about my issues. But finally, I got to talk to a real person, a kind lady who actually cared. She fixed everything up real quick. Hey, Intermix, you seriously gotta up your game when it comes to customer service. There's plenty of other places to shop where they actually treat you with respect, you know?

I've been using this language learning tool for years, started with CDs and now with their streaming service. The ability to access lessons on all my devices has been a game-changer for me.
