Oh man, let me tell you, that customer service experience I just had was brutal. I tried reaching out online, but got zero response for days. It was so frustrating and honestly just not cool. So, I picked up the phone and called, only to be met with rudeness and zero help. The person on the other end clearly didn't give a darn about my issues. But finally, I got to talk to a real person, a kind lady who actually cared. She fixed everything up real quick. Hey, Intermix, you seriously gotta up your game when it comes to customer service. There's plenty of other places to shop where they actually treat you with respect, you know?

Language learning tool
I've been using this language learning tool for years, started with CDs and now with their streaming service. The ability to access lessons on all my devices has been a game-changer for me. I really enjoy the daily exercises and games that help me stay engaged and focused. The idiomatic expressions can be tough, but I like being able to improve my language skills beyond just vocab and grammar.
