Easy ordering and hanging
The selection here is awesome and it's so easy to organize my favorites. Shipping is always smooth, even with big prints. I really like the hanging system and markings for screws. This is for sure my favorite place to get artwork.
Significant discount on art prints
I bought some art prints from this company 'cause I saw a good deal on them. I'm happy to save some cash, but I kept getting emails every week with big discounts of 40-60% off retail. Made me wonder why they didn't just lower the regular price instead of always having these huge sales and different discount amounts. Seemed a bit gimmicky to me. But the stuff looks like it might be good quality, so I'm excited to see the prints in real life and see if they live up to the hype.
48X24 framed canvas
I gotta say, I'm not usually into buying stuff online. But lemme tell ya, I was actually pretty happy with how things went down when I bought that 48X24 framed canvas. The whole process was a breeze. I wasn't too sure about ordering canvas prints online at first, wasn't sure if they'd be good quality or not. But man, when I got my order, I was blown away! Replacement canvas
I just wanted to share with you all that I left a not-so-great review on the canvas I got from this company. But, surprise surprise, they totally stepped up and sent me a new one super fast. The new canvas is top-notch, I gotta say.
Their customer service is seriously the best. Great Big Canvas really went out of their way to fix things up and make me a happy camper again. Now I'm a die-hard fan and will definitely keep ordering from them.

Struggled with credit card payment
Even though I had some payment troubles at first, Great Big Canvas was super patient and kept me in the loop the whole way through. My order came right on time and it was seriously amazing. I can't complain at all about the service or product they gave me.
Painting purchase
After waiting for over a year, I finally decided to buy a painting from this store. I was happy to see that the price had dropped to a reasonable amount, even though there were no rewards for loyal customers. But, I was sad to learn that they didn't have the fancy gold frames that I liked. The buying process was easy, but it would have been better if there were more frame options available.
Canvas print
I got really frustrated with the checkout process. When I tried to buy something on my laptop, it wouldn't work. I tried asking for help, but no one helped me. So I got annoyed and tried one more time on my phone. Luckily, it worked perfectly without any problems. I used the same card and info, so I don't know why it didn't work on my laptop. But at least the order went through in the end. That's all that really matters, right?
My print got messed up, found it again, made a 2nd order
So I had this print, right, but then I messed it up when I tried to put it in a frame. But hey, I went back on the website, logged in, and bam! There it was! I re-ordered it on May 31st. I was so relieved they still had it. Ordering it again was a piece of cake. Thanks a lot!

I just got my big Tim Otoole picture from the company. The box it came in was a bit banged up, but the picture was totally fine and well packed. It got to me in just 10 days, which was pretty good. All in all, I'm happy with it and would tell others to check out this company too.
