ReliabilityI just got my big Tim Otoole picture from the company. The box it came in was a bit banged up, but the picture was totally fine and well packed. It got to me in just 10 days, which was pretty good. All in all, I'm happy with it and would tell others to check out this company too.

ReliabilityThe product I got from my first order was really good quality. The colors were so vibrant and the canvas was stretched nicely. But I had a big problem with how it was delivered. They sent it through USPS, and the thing is, my spot in Shelter Island NY doesn't get mail delivery at home. So I had to go pick it up from the tiny local post office, which can't deal with big stuff. Sometimes packages even get sent back to the sender because of this. I suggest using UPS instead of USPS for shipping to places like mine.
