Print for my room
I ordered a really nice print for my room but it never arrived 🤬 I waited forever and it never showed up! I'm so angry!
2 Oversized Canvas Pieces
I recently tried to order 2 huge canvas pieces from this company and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with how it all went down. They said free shipping and simple returns, but when it came time to check out, they were trying to hit me with a $99 charge for each piece - even though they were gonna ship them together in one package! It felt like a total shipping scam to me, and I was not impressed at all.
Misleading return policy
I thought the return process would be easy, but it's been a nightmare. The art I got wasn't what I wanted, so I went online to return it. But there was no clear option for returns on the website. I felt like I was searching for a needle in a haystack, clicking all over the place. I tried chatting with customer support, and they said they'd send me a shipping label, but it's been two days and still no label. This whole thing feels shady and dishonest.
Art prints not received
I ordered two art prints back in January and it's now the end of February, and they still haven't arrived. I've been keeping an eye on my order and, according to the tracking info, they were delivered weeks ago, but that's definitely not the case. I have screenshots to back it up. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they said they never heard from me, which is really frustrating and not cool. I wouldn't suggest using this site for art prints; you're better off looking somewhere else for what you need.
Painting purchase
I just bought a painting online and was told it would ship in 3-5 business days. But after waiting for over two weeks, still no painting. I contacted customer service a few times and got different answers each time about why it hadn't shipped. It was a mess. In the end, I canceled my order because of the lack of communication and professionalism. Pretty bummed about the whole thing.

Custom prints and frames
I recently bought some custom prints and frames from this company and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. I got two prints with custom mats and frames and I spent a bunch of money on them. The first print came in like it was supposed to, but the second one showed up two weeks later all wrong - wrong size and wrong mat. When I got in touch with customer service to try and sort this out, it was just awful. They made it so difficult, asking for tons of details, order numbers, pictures, and even the order confirmation email. I tried my best to explain the mistake, but they still weren't happy with the info I gave them. All in all, the customer service was just terrible and I am so disappointed with how they handled everything.
Bought multiple framed and mounted pictures for my new apartment.
The pictures came really fast and were wrapped up nicely. The quality of the pictures and how they were put up was really good. I also had a good experience with Customer Service when I needed to fix a mistake I made.
Artwork purchase delay
So I bought some art from a Canadian website not too long ago, but man oh man, the shipment process has been a real pain in the butt. I placed my order way back on May 8th and they told me that typically orders ship out in 3-5 days. But then on May 17th, I get this email saying there's gonna be a delay. And now here we are on May 26th, and my order still hasn't been shipped out. I tried contacting customer service, but they couldn't give me a straight answer on when my order will actually be fulfilled.
Limited edition print purchase
Hey everyone, just a heads up - some artwork being sold as limited edition prints signed by the artist might actually just have a printed signature, not a real one. It's kind of a bummer if you're really into collecting hand-signed pieces for their authenticity. Companies should really be upfront about this stuff so customers know exactly what they're getting. Just makes it easier to avoid any mix-ups or feeling let down.

So I called the toll-free number and got a hold of a lady named Katie. She said that I'd get the discount once my order went out and she'd send me an email to confirm it after our chat. But I never got that email like she said I would. I tried getting in touch with Katie a bunch more times over the next few days, but every time I called, I got put on hold forever and never got to talk to her. Seemed like she was avoiding me 'cause she didn't want to admit she gave me that discount promise.
Abstract art
I bought this abstract art piece and it started cracking after only two years! Like seriously, I thought art was supposed to stick around longer than that. I even had it professionally hung up, but it still cracked. And when I reached out to customer service for help, they were useless. I guess I should've been more careful, but it's still a letdown.
