They said free shipping and simple returns, but when it came time to check out, they were trying to hit me with a $99 charge for each piece - even though they were gonna ship them together in one package! It felt like a total shipping scam to me, and I was not impressed at all.

ReliabilityI ordered two art prints back in January and it's now the end of February, and they still haven't arrived. I've been keeping an eye on my order and, according to the tracking info, they were delivered weeks ago, but that's definitely not the case. I have screenshots to back it up. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they said they never heard from me, which is really frustrating and not cool. I wouldn't suggest using this site for art prints; you're better off looking somewhere else for what you need.

ServiceI recently bought some custom prints and frames from this company and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. I got two prints with custom mats and frames and I spent a bunch of money on them. The first print came in like it was supposed to, but the second one showed up two weeks later all wrong - wrong size and wrong mat. When I got in touch with customer service to try and sort this out, it was just awful. They made it so difficult, asking for tons of details, order numbers, pictures, and even the order confirmation email. I tried my best to explain the mistake, but they still weren't happy with the info I gave them. All in all, the customer service was just terrible and I am so disappointed with how they handled everything.

I placed my order way back on May 8th and they told me that typically orders ship out in 3-5 days. But then on May 17th, I get this email saying there's gonna be a delay. And now here we are on May 26th, and my order still hasn't been shipped out. I tried contacting customer service, but they couldn't give me a straight answer on when my order will actually be fulfilled.
