I've been using this clothing rental service for a while now, but my latest order was such a mess that I've decided to stop. My mom tried it for the first time, and it was a total disaster. She ordered her clothes way ahead of time for a trip, but the order never even shipped. When she contacted customer service, they owned up to the mistake but didn't offer any fix.

I recently bought a pair of skinny jeans and a denim jacket from this brand, and I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality. The material felt really cheap and flimsy, and the stitching wasn't great. The fit was all over the place too, the jeans were too tight in some spots and too loose in others. I was expecting better from a brand that boasts about their cool designs and great craftsmanship. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying clothes from this brand if you want something that's top-notch quality.

Gray sweater purchase
So I bought this gray sweater from Nordstrom Rack, thinking I was getting a Vince cable braid design. But when it arrived, it was a different color and style, smelled bad, and had visible damage. I wasn't happy about the mix-up, so I returned it on March 10th with the USPS receipt as proof. It's been almost three weeks now, and I still haven't received my refund as of today, March 30th. Whenever I call to check, they just give me vague answers about the refund being on its way or not processed yet. The way they're handling this situation is really disappointing and doesn't make for a good shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack. I can see why they have so many bad reviews, and after this incident, I won't be shopping there again.

I picked up this awesome jacket and it fits like a glove! The folks at the store got me to double-check my measurements, and it turns out I had sent a few wrong ones, but they fixed it all for me! The colour is really nice, it goes well with all my outfits and I'm super excited to wear it on the cruise I have coming up!

Framed print
I recently bought a framed print from this website, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality of what I got. I ordered a special print of my beloved pet, but it came with a few problems. First off, there was a white dot on the black mat that stood out a lot and made the whole thing look bad. The frame itself was put together wrong, with gaps and uneven corners that made it seem poorly made. Plus, the image on the print was much darker than the original photo, which was a big disappointment because it didn't capture the true essence of the picture. All in all, the product didn't live up to its price, and I was left feeling unhappy with my purchase.
