Cancelled order due to COPD and oxygen use
So, I had to cancel an order of masks from this company 'cause they weren't gonna work for me with my COPD and need for oxygen. I got in touch with customer service and they cancelled my order right away, no problem, and refunded the charge to my credit card. I was really impressed by how fast they acted and how they understood my situation. Plus, I got some follow-up emails immediately from the company, giving me a nice 30% discount for my next order. All in all, my experience with this company has been great and I'd definitely recommend them to others.
Mask purchase

Ugh, I was so frustrated when I was trying to buy my Covid Masks online. I had to try redoing the payment so many times, it was taking forever. I was almost ready to give up! Come on, they need to make it easier for us customers, I mean seriously.

The process of buying the KN95 masks was super easy and convenient. The website was really nice, with pictures that helped me find what I wanted.
