    Inconsistent performance, frustrating setup

    I was pretty impressed with the VPN performance at first, but once Windows needed an update, things went downhill fast. Trying to get it working properly again turned into a real nightmare. I kept having to uninstall and reinstall it, and every time I did, I lost my internet connection. Setting up a VPN shouldn't be this frustrating, especially for someone like me who isn't a tech whiz.

    Painting purchase

    I just bought a painting online and was told it would ship in 3-5 business days. But after waiting for over two weeks, still no painting. I contacted customer service a few times and got different answers each time about why it hadn't shipped. It was a mess. In the end, I canceled my order because of the lack of communication and professionalism. Pretty bummed about the whole thing.

    Vitamins I ordered

    So, I ordered some vitamins online and they didn't come when they were supposed to. I was really upset, but then I reached out to the company and they were so understanding. They made sure I received my vitamins and I was so relieved! Good customer service is key, and they really went above and beyond for me. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

    I really wish there was an option to leave a negative star review. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. They claim to be trying their best with the resources they have, but it seems like they have no resources at all because their customer service is basically non-existent. Just look at their BBB cases from the past year. When you call their customer service line, you get disconnected after being put on hold. And when you send them emails, they say they'll respond in 24-72 hours, but it takes them weeks to get back to you. This company has really gone downhill. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there. I'm guessing their lack of resources is because they're losing market share to their competitors. So, unless you want a lot of trouble, don't shop here. They have no care or concern for their customers.

    Got a broken watch 😡

    I bought a watch and when it showed up, it was all scratched up and damaged. It was such a pain to get them to send me a replacement. They even wanted me to pay to ship back the broken one. Ended up having to get my money back through my credit card. So frustrating, definitely the worst shopping experience ever!

    Customized photo pendant

    I recently bought a custom photo pendant and had a bad experience with their customer service chat. I've bought stuff from them before, so I expected better. I tried to ask a question, but the rep, FLORENCE, joined the chat and never replied. I kept trying to talk to her, but she just told me to call and ended the chat. It was frustrating and felt like they didn't care. I've always liked their stuff, so I hope this was just a one-time thing and not how they usually treat customers.

    Bamboo sheets purchase

    I bought some bamboo sheets from this store thinking they were top quality. But man, was I let down when they started falling apart after just a month! So, I decided to give their customer service a ring to ask about the lifetime warranty they promised me when I bought them. Can you believe they refused to send me a new set, saying it didn't cover normal wear and tear? I felt totally scammed and let down by their false advertising. We had spent a pretty penny on a bunch of stuff from this place, thinking we were getting top-notch products. Turns out, our old regular sheets lasted longer than these fancy, overpriced bamboo ones. This whole ordeal has really turned me off, and I won't be dropping any more cash on this brand.

    So, I had this frustrating situation trying to place an online order the other day. I was just trying to get something shipped to a US address as a Canadian customer, right? But, man, the representatives on the phone and in the chat were not making it easy for me at all. The website wasn't accepting my Canadian billing address for the order to go to a US spot where I usually get my packages. I explained this all to them, but it was like they just weren't getting it. All they kept saying was they don't ship to Canada. I even mentioned that I use a parcel service in Niagara Falls, NY, which lots of Canadians use to get stuff delivered from companies that don't ship to Canada. But, nope, they wouldn't budge on letting me give my credit card info over the phone for the purchase. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the customer service team really left me feeling let down and not too happy with the whole situation.
