    Bought a hoodie for $100

    I bought this super cute hoodie from here, but after washing it a couple of times, the colors started fading. I was really disappointed with the quality, and when I contacted customer service, they didn't have a good solution for me. I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from this place!

    Faux fur coat purchase

    So, I recently bought this faux fur coat online, eh? I thought it would be great, but turns out it was a huge mistake. I didn't check any reviews beforehand, and guess what? The coat didn't even fit me properly! When I tried to return it and get my 400 euros back, the customer service was just awful. No one picked up my calls, and all I got in response to my emails were those automated messages. Now, I've decided to take legal action to get my money back. It's just so frustrating, you know?

    Bad experience with a faux leather jumpsuit

    I had a really bad experience with a faux leather jumpsuit that I spent a lot of money on. I only wore it a few times, kept it safe in its original packaging at home, and now the fabric is literally falling apart on its own. It's not just peeling off like they say, it's completely disintegrating. It's like pure oil! Sometimes products don't meet your expectations in terms of quality, and a brand like this should treat customers better when something like this happens. I called customer service hoping they would at least want to see it in person, but they didn't seem surprised at all. It seems like they train their customer service to just reject any complaints, even if it means losing a customer. I visited the store where I bought it and they honestly told me that their faux leather only lasts about a year! I thought I was doing them a favor by providing feedback so they wouldn't sell products that could let customers down, but it looks like they know about the poor quality of their expensive clothes on the shelves.

    Express delivery scam

    Hey there! So, you know what happened? I placed my order yesterday and shelled out some extra cash for express shipping, thinking it would be super quick. But guess what? There's been no movement on my order at all. And get this, they went and switched my delivery to standard without giving me a heads up. They're also straight up ignoring my emails and not even refunding me for the express fees. The communication and customer service from this company is just terrible. I've already requested to cancel my order - definitely steer clear of this company.

    Second purchase, well-maintained, occasional use, peeling leather

    This is my second time buying from here and I'm really disappointed this time. The bag I got looked good and I only used it for fancy events, but now the leather is peeling off. I thought it would be better quality for the price I paid. I won't be buying from here anymore.

    Quality of bags, return issue

    The stuff I bought showed up, but honestly, not that great for how much it cost. I wanted to send it back, but guess what? There was no return label in the package like they said there would be. I tried to do it online, but couldn't get the label because of some "technical issues." And when I tried to talk to customer service, they were MIA because of "storms." They told me that if I didn't follow the return instructions exactly (probably meaning I have to pay to send it back), they wouldn’t accept the return. And I have to do it all within 14 days. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, major bummer.

    I went to buy some things from this store and it was just terrible! The quality was so bad, like who even puts this stuff together in China using such cheap materials? And the prices were ridiculous, like what a rip-off. On top of that, the customer service was basically non-existent, I tried to get in touch but no one even bothered to reply. I am totally never going back there again!

    Don't bother accepting a job offer from this organization, eh. The "area managers" in charge don't have a clue about the markets they're in or how to treat people right. They just use and abuse you until you're burnt out, then toss you aside like you're nothing. It's not about how good you are at your job, it's how they make you feel as a person - and let me tell you, it's pretty gross and unprofessional. I'd give them a rating of -100 stars if I could, that's how bad it is, eh.

    Oh man, what a total disaster! I sent an email on the 16th and still haven't heard back, and now it's the 19th. And get this - not only that, but I tried to buy these ankle boots on sale twice now, they took my order, then a few days later they tell me they can't fulfill it due to some mysterious "problem." Like, what kind of nonsense is that? I even reached out asking for an explanation on what's up with that problem and why they can't just send me the size I need if they have it. But of course, no reply yet. Their customer service has already let me down before. Remember that time I got a bag with a chain and logo in a totally different color than what I ordered? When I pointed it out, they just told me to return it. Like it's no big deal to trick customers with false advertising or mess around. And now they don't even have a phone number to call. It's just terrible! I expected better from a reputable brand, so I'm never buying from them again. So unprofessional!

    I bought a leather dress and a reversible bag from this brand not too long ago. I took good care of them and barely used them, but I was so disappointed. The leather dress started peeling after just one season, so I had to toss it. Then, when I pulled out the striped bag from its dust bag, I saw that the handles and red laces were cracked and falling apart - and it was brand new! These items were pricey and supposed to be top-notch, but they ended up being so flimsy. It's frustrating to see my money go down the drain on stuff that falls apart so easily.

    I'm really happy about how quickly my online order was delivered, it was awesome. The products I got are top-notch quality. I've bought stuff from this store twice now, and I've noticed that the pants and skirts sizes don't always match up. On the bright side, the shirts and blouses I got fit perfectly, exactly how they should. I did find that the shoes were a bit snug on my toes, but that could just be because my feet are on the wider side.

    At first, I wasn't too sure about the www.poderanicchi website selling Patrizia Pepe stuff for cheap. But when I got my order, I was actually impressed. The clothes and accessories were legit and really good quality. The website might not look the greatest, but the products are the real deal. I'd say go for it if you want some Patrizia Pepe items on sale.

    Expensive boots, double charged, still waiting for refund

    Hey, so I bought these boots online for $300, but there was a problem with the payment. They said I'd get a refund right away, but I ended up reordering them, paying another $300, and getting the boots. Now I've shelled out $600 for one pair of boots! When I went to the Patrizia Pepe store on Leidsestraat in Amsterdam, the staff told me to email head office. Still waiting on that $300 refund.
