    Flight with short connection time

    The flight I booked was such a disaster. The airline gave me a ticket with a crazy short 1 hour and 5 minute layover in Doha, which was clearly not enough time. When we missed our next flight, they wouldn't help us out at all, making up some weak excuse about a medical emergency on the plane. The chaos at the transfer desk in Doha was just nuts, and it took us 2 whole hours just to get a hotel. Missing a whole day and night of our vacation because of their mess was so frustrating. And on top of it all, the economy seats were super uncomfortable. I definitely won't be giving them another chance to ruin my trip.

    New mouse

    Hey buddy, seriously, don't even bother ordering from that place, alright? I ordered a new mouse from them about two weeks ago and they promised it would arrive quickly, but it still hasn't shown up. They keep saying they'll follow up with me, but they never do. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers. It's basically a total rip-off, dude.

    Ankle boots, customer service, brand integrity

    Oh man, what a total disaster! I sent an email on the 16th and still haven't heard back, and now it's the 19th. And get this - not only that, but I tried to buy these ankle boots on sale twice now, they took my order, then a few days later they tell me they can't fulfill it due to some mysterious "problem." Like, what kind of nonsense is that? I even reached out asking for an explanation on what's up with that problem and why they can't just send me the size I need if they have it. But of course, no reply yet. Their customer service has already let me down before. Remember that time I got a bag with a chain and logo in a totally different color than what I ordered? When I pointed it out, they just told me to return it. Like it's no big deal to trick customers with false advertising or mess around. And now they don't even have a phone number to call. It's just terrible! I expected better from a reputable brand, so I'm never buying from them again. So unprofessional!

    Hair masks and bondox purchase

    I just wanted to say thank you for letting me try out some of your products from your shop, as well as giving me the chance to try something new. The hair masks and bondox that I bought were absolutely amazing and did wonders for my hair.     Sheets for Christmas gifts

    I ordered some bedsheets as Christmas presents way back in November, but they still haven't shown up. When I gave customer service a call, they mentioned that the delivery got pushed back to the end of January. I was pretty ticked off because they didn't let me know sooner! And to top it off, this guy Ryan, who claimed to be a supervisor, was super rude when we talked on the phone. He tried to say that I was given a heads up about the delay, but that's definitely not true! It drives me crazy when folks don't pay attention to what you're saying.
