    I just can't believe how terrible the customer service and professionalism is at this airline. Right from the start when I booked my flight, you could tell that making money is more important to them than taking care of their passengers. The staff were so rude and not helpful at all, the seats were so uncomfortable, and the whole experience was just a complete disaster. I really wish I never picked this airline to fly with.

    Flight with short connection time

    The flight I booked was such a disaster. The airline gave me a ticket with a crazy short 1 hour and 5 minute layover in Doha, which was clearly not enough time. When we missed our next flight, they wouldn't help us out at all, making up some weak excuse about a medical emergency on the plane. The chaos at the transfer desk in Doha was just nuts, and it took us 2 whole hours just to get a hotel. Missing a whole day and night of our vacation because of their mess was so frustrating. And on top of it all, the economy seats were super uncomfortable. I definitely won't be giving them another chance to ruin my trip.

    Flight delay issue QR170 on 15 Jan 2024

    My flight QR170 got delayed for a whopping 8 hours at Arlanda Stockholm. Here's the kicker, I have diabetes and heart problems, so not being able to leave the plane for food and insulin was a bit of a nightmare. They told me I would get a $600 refund for the delay, but it's been over 2 months now and I still haven't seen a penny. Customer service keeps sending me useless broken links to update my bank details and they haven't been responding to my emails. It kind of feels like they're playing games and trying to keep my refund. Does anyone know where I can go to get some help to take legal action against them for this?

    Trip to capetown with airlines

    I recently took a trip to Cape Town with an airline, and it was a total disaster. The whole experience was really disappointing, especially because of all the delays. The wait at Cape Town airport was annoying enough, but then having to deal with an extra 11-hour delay in Doha was just too much. The place they put us up in was not great, a rundown hotel with a boring restaurant that barely had any food options. And the airline hardly communicated with us, making it impossible to reach them for help. All in all, this trip has made me decide that I'll never fly with them again and I'd advise others to avoid them as well.

    Recent flight experience

    I had a flight recently that really bummed me out. The airline didn't handle my stuff properly, and as a result, my mobility scooter got all messed up during the trip. I tried talking to them about it, but they just shrugged it off as no big deal, which is not cool at all. My scooter is super important to me, and now I'm left dealing with the hassle of getting it fixed because of their carelessness. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed with how unprofessional they've been about the whole situation.

    Business class upgrade disappointment

    I paid extra for a business class upgrade, thinking I would get the Q Suite, but my flight got switched last minute. Qatar Airways could only book me on another flight the next day, and it didn't have the Q Suite. They didn't give me any discount or make any nice gestures. I also didn't get access to the lounge, even though I had upgraded twice. I think I'll stick with Emirates or Saudi Airlines next time for their nicer lounges.

    First-time flight, flight Doha to Auckland

    My first time flying with this airline was amazing! I was traveling with my mom who was injured and couldn't move, but the cabin crew was so helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with everything - from moving my mom to the bathroom, to changing her, and giving her continuous care during the flight. I want to give a special shoutout to Jewelyn, Shahrzad, and Jasmine for their exceptional service and care. I'll definitely be choosing this airline again for my next trip.

    My first experience with the customer service at this airline was super disappointing, eh. I called twice to ask about picking seats for my upcoming flight, and it was rough. The first call got cut off after a few words, and left me real frustrated. The second call wasn't any better, I got some info but got hung up on as soon as I said I didn't want to buy seats and thought they should just be given out at check-in. The way they handled those calls, total lack of professionalism and customer service skills, was really disappointing, eh.

    Flight from Perth, Australia to London Heathrow

    My recent trip from Perth, Australia to London Heathrow was pretty good overall. The flight crew was awesome and gave top-notch service the whole way. Although, I have to say, the air conditioning was cranked up a bit too high for my liking, so it got a little chilly at times. But hey, apart from that, the airline experience was great and I wouldn't mind flying with them again sometime down the road.

    My recent booking experience with the airline was a total disappointment, eh? The check-in employee was so ignorant, had terrible judgment, and just acted so unprofessionally, it was brutal. He said our visas weren't okay, even though he couldn't back it up with any real proof. Then he tried taking a picture of my ID with his own phone, like what!? Talk about invasive and not cool. We ended up stuck in the airport, negotiating for hours, with my kids crashing at the coffee shop. It was just a crazy, frustrating nightmare that totally messed up our holiday, you know?

    Extra luggage and overweight fees

    So, eh, I just landed in Canada after a crazy long flight and all 3 of my suitcases were totally wrecked! It's like someone was out to destroy them on purpose, I kid you not. I shelled out extra for the luggage and overweight fees, just to end up with my suitcases in pieces with wheels missing. I sent them an email about it and they just kept dodging me for a whole month! Not cool at all. Definitely not flying with them again. But, hey, the crew on the flight were actually super nice and helpful. They deserve all the props for being amazing, eh!

    Amazing airline

    This airline is seriously amazing! The food is delicious, the seats are so comfy, everything is super organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They keep the drinks coming non-stop with a smile! And I love how much they care about kids, people with disabilities, and those with special needs. I'm really impressed!

    Business class flight

    So, like, recently I had this super disappointing business class flight with this airline. The staff was, like, totally rude, the business class seats were all broken and wouldn't even recline properly, and on top of it all, the main dish I got was totally cold and unheated. And if that wasn't bad enough, my luggage was all mangled when it arrived. To make things worse, I had this super unpleasant run-in with a guy named Rojit, who straight up hit me on the head. When I tried to talk to him about it, he denied it and even called me a liar, saying he'd get the pilot involved. The whole plane was, like, not even clean - there was this gross aisle with toilet paper everywhere that they didn't even bother cleaning up, just kicked it around. Plus, there was vomit and old food under the seats that they clearly missed. They straight up canceled my economy seat without even telling me, then tried to sell me a pricy upgrade to business class on the same flight. This was by far the most terrible airline experience I've ever had.

    My experience with this airline was a complete nightmare, eh. The customer service was awful, with check-in staff being rude and it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us. Our upgrade to business class got cancelled after we paid for it, and we never got our money back, eh. And to top it off, our luggage was left at the starting point airport for a whole day, which really messed up our holiday plans, eh. The planes themselves were old and definitely not worth the high price we shelled out for our tickets. Honestly, I can't believe this airline is still up and running when they provide such terrible service, eh.

    Expensive business ticket without lounge access

    So, you know how I've been saving forever to buy this super fancy business ticket, eh? Well, I finally booked it and was super pumped because I thought it would include lounge access. But then, when I got to the airport, they hit me with a "Sorry, no lounging for you!" I was beyond annoyed! Like, who sells a business ticket without lounge access, right? Such a rip-off!
