Thermal socks purchase
I bought these really awesome thermal socks from this company, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how warm and cozy they are. They are super soft and keep my feet toasty even in the freezing cold weather. The fancy thermal tech they used in these socks is top-notch and definitely better than any other brands I've tried before. These are by far the best thermal socks I've ever had, and I will definitely be buying more of them in the future.

Overcharged
I just bought something and they charged me $400 extra without telling me or giving me the product. I feel like I got scammed and it's not cool. I recommend being cautious if you're dealing with this company because my experience was really bad.

Flight booking
My first experience with the customer service at this airline was super disappointing, eh. I called twice to ask about picking seats for my upcoming flight, and it was rough. The first call got cut off after a few words, and left me real frustrated. The second call wasn't any better, I got some info but got hung up on as soon as I said I didn't want to buy seats and thought they should just be given out at check-in. The way they handled those calls, total lack of professionalism and customer service skills, was really disappointing, eh.
