Defender pants for Forestry service
I recently bought the Defender pants from this company because I needed some tough clothes for my upcoming Forestry service trip. I was pretty impressed with the quality and how well they were made. But when it came to dealing with the company's customer service and how they delivered my order, I wasn't too thrilled. Ordering was easy, but I had trouble with tracking info and my order took a while to arrive. When I needed to swap the pants for a different size, it took way too long to get the new pair, and the company didn't keep me updated on what was going on. All this lack of communication and slow exchanges made me think twice about shopping with them again. I mean, as someone who needs reliable gear for important outdoor work, I was hoping for better service from a company that's all about law enforcement and firefighting. I really hope they step up their game when it comes to customer service and getting orders out on time.

Flight delay issue QR170 on 15 Jan 2024
My flight QR170 got delayed for a whopping 8 hours at Arlanda Stockholm. Here's the kicker, I have diabetes and heart problems, so not being able to leave the plane for food and insulin was a bit of a nightmare. They told me I would get a $600 refund for the delay, but it's been over 2 months now and I still haven't seen a penny. Customer service keeps sending me useless broken links to update my bank details and they haven't been responding to my emails. It kind of feels like they're playing games and trying to keep my refund. Does anyone know where I can go to get some help to take legal action against them for this?

Incorrect Warn cradle purchase
I just bought this cradle for my winch, but it turned out to be the wrong one. The shipping was super fast, but when I got my order, I realized the mistake. I quickly submitted a claim for a return, got a confirmation email, but haven't heard back from them since. I've tried to contact customer service many times, but I've been on hold forever without talking to anyone. Also, my follow-up emails have been ignored. Dealing with customer service has been a huge headache and letdown.

Mattress
I bought a new mattress from this company not too long ago, and let me tell ya, the whole purchasing process was top-notch. They had a bunch of payment options that made things easy, and their website was a breeze to use. Plus, the delivery was speedy, even though I ordered it on Boxing Day. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they kept me in the loop on where my shipment was at all times. As for the mattress, it's super comfy and seems well-made, although I did notice it's a bit lower on the side where I took off the plastic wrap.

Hey there eh! So I ordered two cosplays and they took quite a while to arrive, like a month and a half. Just a heads up, if you order two, you might be waiting a bit longer. Yeah, one of them arrived, but the other is still in the works and should be here next week. It might not make it in time for my convention, but that's all good because I have a backup ready. The quality is pretty good, just keep in mind the shipping times, eh!

Your service is amazing, so quick and awesome. Every time I receive my order, it's packaged so nicely and the clothes fit just right. Do you think you could bring in more cool brands like Armine, Doque, keira, you know? It would be awesome if there were more styles of clothes to choose from. Cool kid's clothes
I found some awesome clothes for myself and was super stoked to wear them at school. But then I saw some sketchy stuff online about the site maybe being a scam. I ordered on October 26th, and now I'm freaking out because I still haven't received my clothes. I used my dad's credit card, so I really hope everything's good with it. I'm not sure what to do next, and I'm feeling really worried.
