Venus palettes, Venus II palette, velvetines
The Venus palettes are so amazing, I can't even believe it! The colours are super rich and pigmented, making it a breeze to create some really stunning looks. And can we talk about the packaging? It's gorgeous and adds a touch of luxury to my makeup collection. But, I did have a little problem with the mirror on the Venus II palette. It actually broke after just a week of using it. I gotta admit, I wasn't exactly careful with it - kinda tossed it around in my bag, so it's partly my fault too. I haven't tried the velvetines yet, but I've heard some mixed reviews. Some people say the formula is a bit drying on the lips, which worries me because my lips are already dry as it is. Despite that, I really do love the Venus palettes and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality eyeshadows.

I just bought some lipsticks from the website and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how it all went down. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some negative reviews I had seen, but after doing some digging, I realized those reviews were old news. So, I took advantage of their sale and placed my order. It arrived pretty quickly and I could track it the whole way. Not bad, especially with all the holiday craziness. The lipsticks came in this adorable little box and the quality and variety of shades were on point. Overall, I'm super stoked about my purchase and will definitely be buying from the website again. I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, I am absolutely in love with their products! One of my top favorites has got to be their Velvetines liquid lipsticks. I really admire how they encourage everyone to embrace their unique selves and be "Unicorns". It's great to see a company promoting individuality and self-expression. And big kudos to their customer service team - they are just amazing. They're not only friendly and personable, but also very professional. All in all, this company has definitely made a lasting impression on me and I'm super excited to see what they come up with next.
Eyeshadows and brushes
I really love the eyeshadows and brushes I got from this brand. The quality is amazing, and they last a long time. I've bought from them a few times and I've never been let down. There was one time the delivery was messed up, but it wasn't the store's fault and they fixed it right away by sending me a new package without any problems. Their customer service is top-notch and they always respond quickly to any issues. I also enjoy checking out photos on Instagram from other customers to see how the products really look before I buy them.

I can't believe how amazing the customer service staff are at this place! Recently, I had an issue with my parcel being returned because of "damage" by Hermes. But when I contacted them through web chat, the girl named Emma quickly sent me a new parcel right away. I was so shocked by how fast and helpful they were, it was absolutely fantastic service. Two Lipsticks Purchase
I recently bought two lipsticks online, and I was happy with the products when they arrived. But, I was disappointed with how long it took for my order to ship from California to DC. And it bothered me that I had to pay extra for priority shipping, which didn't seem fair. Just wanted to let others know about these issues before they buy.

My experience with ordering from this company was pretty good overall, eh. I bought something online when they were having a sale and had a few problems with my order. But, the customer service team fixed everything super quick. One of my packages got lost with the courier in the UK, but the company sent me a new one right away. Also, they forgot to include one item in my first package, but they shipped it out the next day after I told them about it. I was impressed with how fast they replied to my emails and the quality of the products I got, you know.
Eyeshadow palette
My recent purchase of the eyeshadow palette was quite the journey! I was all hyped up when I placed the order, but then got all worked up when I messed up the shipping method. Lipsticks, cruelty-free, amazing quality
This brand is honestly my fave for makeup! Like, seriously, I don't get why some folks don't dig it. Every time I order from them, it's all good. The lipsticks are the bomb, they last ages and feel amazing on my lips. And can we talk about the packaging? So pretty! And on top of all that, they're cruelty-free, which makes me feel even better about using their stuff.
Diamond Dew eyeshadow
The ordering process was so smooth and my stuff got here real quick, like just two days later! The packaging was just gorgeous, with bright colours and a design that really catches your eye. The Diamond Dew eyeshadow is a really pretty colour and the bottle it comes in is super cute. The only thing is that it's not waterproof, which would be awesome for those hot days in the sun.
Purchased a lipstick, arrived with quality issues
I was super pumped to finally get my new lipstick, but when I opened it up, I noticed a weird mark and what seemed like a hair inside. Ugh, it's unusable and honestly, I'm really let down!
Cruelty-free and vegan eyeshadow purchase
The eyeshadows from this brand are amazing! I love that they are cruelty-free and vegan, which is totally in line with my values. Supporting smaller, indie brands like Lime Crime is a big deal for me, and they definitely deliver. The website is super easy to use, and the live chat feature was a lifesaver. I was thrilled to be able to pay with PayPal too.
