Lime Crime - Reviews and experiences

So, I ordered this lipstick and eyeshadow set from this company recently. Placed my order on November 25th and got a tracking/shipping notice the next day. But man, the delivery process was a hot mess. My package went from North Las Vegas on December 2nd all the way to Grand Prairie, Texas, then Memphis, Tennessee. And get this, I live just a couple minutes away in Horn Lake, Mississippi, but my package never made it to me. It just sat at the Memphis USPS until December 8th, and then got sent to the Salt Lake City Distribution Center. Like, what kind of delivery route is that? They really didn't care about making sure I got my stuff in a timely manner. It's pretty disappointing coming from a beauty company that says they care about their customers. Honestly, after this whole ordeal, I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

The shipping process was such a nightmare, eh! I've never had to wait so long for a package before. After checking the tracking number day after day, I found out that my order was stuck in California and I wouldn't get it for another three weeks. What a waste of time and money, you know! I should have just gone to a local store for the same items instead.

I was so bummed with my latest order from this company. I bought a new eyeshadow palette and it's been over a week now, still no sign of it. They said it would take 4-8 days to ship, but it's been 9 days already and my package is just stuck in Vegas. I'm not too happy that they use some other shipping company that can't get the job done. I've made up my mind that I'll find somewhere else to order from next time, maybe Sally's Beauty, where I know I can count on a smooth delivery.

I recently bought two lipsticks online, and I was happy with the products when they arrived. But, I was disappointed with how long it took for my order to ship from California to DC. And it bothered me that I had to pay extra for priority shipping, which didn't seem fair. Just wanted to let others know about these issues before they buy.

I ordered two lipsticks in August 2019, eh, but I still haven't got them. Even though Paige from customer service said they'd send me a new shipment in October 2019, it still hasn't shown up. The lack of updates and all these delays are really getting on my nerves, you know? I was hoping for better service from a company like this.

It's been almost two months and my package is still stuck in California. Like, really? What's the deal with that? I know it's coming from the US to Canada, but seriously, it shouldn't be taking this long. I even ordered from Fenty Beauty after Lime Crime and it arrived in just two weeks. Lime Crime, step up your shipping game!
