PriceJust wanted to share about my recent order experience - had a little hiccup with pricing, but their customer service was top-notch. Emma from their team really came through and fixed things up right away. I've been buying from them for 5 years now and they've always been reliable with on-time deliveries, even though I'm in France. Wish I could ship from a French island in Canada to dodge extra taxes and those steep shipping fees. It's a bummer that Australian customers get free shipping after spending a certain amount, while us French customers are left out. Having a distribution center in Europe would definitely help ease these problems and keep me as a happy customer.
