    I was kinda bummed at first because the company wasn't keeping in touch with me. It took a whole week for me to finally get some email updates after I placed my order. Turns out, I was the one causing the problem by blocking their emails without knowing. But once the folks in customer service figured this out, they were super fast in contacting me to sort things out. Even though things didn't start off great, the jacket I got was way better than I thought it would be, and it came way quicker than I imagined. The style and quality of the material totally blew me away.

    Patriotic pride purchase

    As a Canadian, I really admire folks who have a lot of love for their country. I just bought some patriotic stuff that made me feel really good and proud. The quality of the products is amazing, you can tell they put a lot of care into making them. The service I got after buying was also really great, the team at Grunt Style went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.     Potential purchase decision

    I was almost about to buy something but then I saw bad reviews about the shipping and customer service. Then I got a text from a person who works there offering to help, saying they switched to a better shipping company. It was nice to see them taking care of their customers. Hunter even offered me a discount to help me finish my order. I'm thinking of ordering ahead of time for Christmas because I was impressed with how good the stuff is.

    T-shirt and light weight hoodie

    I had some problems with my order, but overall I am happy with it. The t-shirt was good, but the light weight hoodie was damaged and was way bigger than I thought. I was not impressed with the quality check, but when I contacted customer service, they fixed the problem right away. Even though there was a little bump at the start, I am happy with how they handled it and will still keep shopping with them.

    Rushed Jacket order

    I can't believe it! I ordered a jacket with rush shipping and it's been a complete disaster. It's been 10 days and they still haven't even shipped it out. When I tried to talk to customer service, they just ignored me and didn't even offer to refund the extra shipping fee I paid. They care more about avoiding bad reviews than actually making sure customers get what they paid for. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company, and it will definitely be the last.

    Cyber Monday order

    I just bought something on Cyber Monday and it was a bummer because my order got cancelled unexpectedly. It sucked not getting any updates for a while, especially with it being the holidays. But, thankfully, Michelle from customer service helped me out and fixed the problem quickly. Even though it was annoying at first, I'm grateful for Michelle's quick and helpful assistance.

    Three-month membership

    I just got a three-month membership that was supposed to include free shipping and a 10% discount on orders. Oops, I forgot to cancel it before the three months ended. I decided to keep it for another three months but canceled it right away to avoid being charged more. But then I found out that you have to cancel before the auto-renewal, or they'll charge you again with no refund. So I canceled two months in advance, only to see that they cut off all my benefits immediately. Even though I already paid for the full three months, they wouldn't give me any more t-shirts, free shipping, or discounts - things I already paid for. I tried talking to their senior customer service reps, but got nowhere. It's frustrating to see a business not follow through on reason, ethics, and logic in customer service.

    Hoodie

    I was really let down by the size and quality of the hoodie I bought. The first time I bought something from this brand, it was great quality and fit perfectly. But this time, the hoodie was cheaply made and didn't fit right. It looks like the brand's quality has gone downhill over time, which is too bad because I'm a regular customer. If you're taller or thinner, I'd recommend checking out other places for clothes that fit better.

    Mystery t-shirt bundle

    I ordered that mystery t-shirt pack of 3, thinkin' I would get a mix of shirts in different styles. But darn, I was let down when all 3 turned out to be the same shirts. When I contacted customer service to say I wasn't happy, they just told me that's the chance you're takin' with the mystery pack. It was so frustratin' and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Two shirts for my boys

    I ordered two shirts for my sons from this company and it was a complete disaster. It took more than a month to get just one shirt, and when I tried to reach their customer service, they were so incompetent and disrespectful. They couldn't help me at all or even give me a refund for the missing item. I felt totally ripped off and so frustrated. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.

    Black Friday order

    So, I snagged a deal during the Black Friday sale but man, it turned into a real mess. I was so excited for my hoodie and shirt to come in, but things went south fast. The tracking info was all wrong, stressing me out big time. And when my package finally showed up, the hoodie was not what I expected at all. They used cheap tape instead of the cool patches they were supposed to have, and the whole thing was put on backwards. I'm so disappointed with what I got, it's really frustrating. Like, who even thinks it’s okay to send out such crappy stuff?

    I ordered rush shipping and paid extra thinking my stuff would come fast, but it's been 8 days and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I double checked to make sure there were no pre-order or back-ordered items in my order, so there shouldn't be any delays. It's not cool at all and I'm really let down by how this company handles their shipping.

    Bought stuff in November, Can't reach Customer Service

    I picked up some awesome clothes back in November, but now I can't get through to anyone at their customer service. I've called so many times, but it just keeps ringing. I got all my Christmas gifts from them, now I'm freaking out. I wish I had checked out the reviews about their shipping ahead of time. I really hope they respond to my emails soon, or else I'll have to report them for fraud.

    I just put in a big order with the company and had to return some stuff. Turns out I have to pay a return fee for each item, even though I'm sending them all back at once. It doesn't seem fair and honestly, feels like they just want more money.

    XL long sleeve T-shirts

    I was so disappointed with my purchase from this company. I got two XL long sleeve T-shirts, but they shrunk down to medium size after only one wash. When I reached out to customer service, they said I had to pay for shipping to send them back for a bigger size. I thought that was really bad customer service and shows they don't stand by their products. In general, I wasn't happy with the items I got and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
