Unsatisfactory service
My recent experience with Resort Pass's service was really disappointing, especially when I compare it to my past experiences. I've had good interactions with both the resorts and the customer service team before. But when I booked on May 15th, I ran into a big problem. On May 20th, when I saw that the weather wasn't good for the pool because of strong winds, I tried to contact customer service. I couldn't find a phone number on the website, and the chat was "under construction." I emailed the company, explained the situation, and asked about options for my reservation. They told me that as per their cancellation policy, I should have canceled 3 days earlier, and there was nothing they could do for me. I paid $100 for the reservation and the response I got wasn't satisfying. Even when I tried to talk about other options, they didn't offer any credit or refund. This inflexibility and lack of understanding for unexpected situations was disappointing, especially considering my positive experiences with their customer service in the past. It's unfortunate that a service I used to rely on and enjoy has now led to frustration and wasted time for me.

Creamer purchase
I bought some creamer from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was really let down. The package didn't say how much L-theanine or lion's mane mushroom was in it. So, I contacted customer service to ask, and they gave me some wrong info and refused to tell me the real deal. Can you believe they said they can't spill the beans because it's a secret? They were totally trying to cover up the fact that there wasn't much of those special ingredients in there. Also, I found out that the mushroom cans were mostly air, making it seem like there was more stuff in there than there really was.

Sale item mix-up
I've never had such bad customer service before. I found something on sale and showed my husband, but he ended up paying full price for it. We've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but we haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating to see a company advertise something as on sale and then charge someone else the full price on the same day. It seems dishonest and misleading. If you can't stick to your sale prices, then don't promote them, Motherhood.

Hoodie
I was really let down by the size and quality of the hoodie I bought. The first time I bought something from this brand, it was great quality and fit perfectly. But this time, the hoodie was cheaply made and didn't fit right. It looks like the brand's quality has gone downhill over time, which is too bad because I'm a regular customer. If you're taller or thinner, I'd recommend checking out other places for clothes that fit better.

Lens purchase with accessories
I gotta say, the lenses from this place are really top-notch. I recently decided to beef up my lens collection and went with the T series lenses, along with some filters and a travel case. The quality of the lenses and filter adapters is amazing, and the folks helping out were pretty helpful when I needed mounting instructions. But, I was kinda bummed out by the lack of info in the package. It would have been great to have some clear instructions on how to properly mount the lenses. Also, I found it weird that the lens case stayed the same size, even though the newer lenses are bigger. Seems like a missed chance to upgrade and provide a better fitting case.

Parcel delivery issue
I had a bit of a problem with getting my package delivered recently. But I gotta say, the customer service at the store was top-notch. Sultana and Louise were so quick to help me out, and they were super nice and friendly. They did a great job solving the issue and getting me a refund right away. Really happy with how everything turned out!
