Office chair purchase
I ended up choosing this company based on a friend's suggestion when I was searching for a comfy office chair that didn't cost an arm and a leg like those fancy designer brands. And I gotta say, I'm super happy with my decision. The chair got here fast, was easy to assemble, and is honestly the comfiest seat I've ever had. Replacement armrest

Overall, my experience was pretty good. I ordered a desk and a dual monitor riser, and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. But when I got them, both the desk and the riser had some scratches, and the desk even had a little gash in it. This got me thinking about how good the quality really is. The desk seems like it's made of some cheap particleboard, but the metal parts seem strong enough. The assembly instructions were a bit confusing, especially when they mentioned these four screws with an 'H' on them but didn't say where to put them. So now I'm a bit nervous that the desk might not hold up well over time.

My back was achy from that old chair, so I ended up ordering a new one online. This new chair is adjustable and my back is feeling so much better now!
Awesome products but shipping takes forever!
So, eh, the things I got are really awesome and the folks who assist me when I give them a ring are super friendly, eh? But man, the shipping is like never-ending, eh? The last two times I ordered stuff, it took forever to arrive at my place. They use this shipping company that always messes up the delivery time, eh? It's like they sent out my order on schedule, but it mysteriously disappeared for a whole month. Not cool, eh?

This is the second time I've had to replace parts on my chair (the arm rests a few years ago) because I use it every day. It took me a while to find it, and I think it would be better for customers if there was an easier way to get replacement parts.
