Chair seat replacement
I called customer service the other day because I needed a new seat for my chair. The person I talked to, Alice, was super quick and helpful. She gave me the option to get a replacement seat and was really nice to deal with. But I do have one thing on my mind about how the company does replacements. This is the second time I've had to replace parts on my chair (the arm rests a few years ago) because I use it every day. The problem I had was that I had to dig up my original order number to get the replacement process moving. It took me a while to find it, and I think it would be better for customers if there was an easier way to get replacement parts. Despite this issue, I still think the company's products and service are really good.
Ergonomic chair
I gotta say, getting that ergonomic chair was a breeze! The whole ordering process was simple, they kept me updated every step of the way, and delivery went off without a hitch. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. And let me tell you, the chair is top-notch - super comfy, great support, and can be adjusted to fit just right. Only thing is, that delivery box is no joke - get a buddy to help out with moving and setting it up. Overall, highly recommend it!
Standing desks and file cabinets
As someone who's been a loyal customer of the company for a while now, I gotta say I've been really impressed with the stuff I've bought. The standing desks and file cabinets have been super durable and worked even better than I thought they would. Quick delivery and easy assembly

Bunk bed
My bunk bed from (brand) is really awesome, but one of the legs suddenly crapped out on me. Thank goodness, I chatted with someone online and they gave me some tips on how to fix it up. They even sent me the replacement parts super quick.

Desk and chair purchase
I got myself a desk and a chair from this company, and let me tell you, their stuff is top-notch. Seriously, my back feels so much better now and I actually enjoy working again.
