    Expensive coat purchase

    I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. So, I splurged on this fancy coat, and they took my money right away. At first, they said I'd get it within a week, but then I got an email saying there would be a delay because of the current situation. I waited it out, but then I got another email saying my stuff was on its way and I'd get a tracking number soon. Only thing is, that tracking info never showed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. Now it's been almost a whole month, and still no coat and no word from these guys. I'm frustrated and feeling pretty let down, and honestly, starting to wonder if I got scammed.

    I got a gift for my friend from this shop and it never came! I checked the tracking and it took forever to even arrive in the UK. Then, the delivery company couldn't even find it and sent it back to the store. I tried to contact the store so many times but they just ignored me. Now my friend didn't get their gift and I wasted my money. So mad!!!

    I'm really upset about the customer service I got at this place. I took my printer in for a fix because it was only three months old and still under warranty. But they wouldn't fix it or give me a new one, they said the warranty was no good. After looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who's had problems with their bad customer service.

    Bad service experience

    I had the absolute worst time trying to return a couple of shirts. I requested a return online and had to wait 3 days just to get an email asking if I wanted a return or exchange. I said I wanted a return, but they never replied. It took a whole week for them to get back to me, and by then, they had already sent me two new shirts in the right size without even checking my request. Now I have 4 shirts when I only bought 2. They really need to step up their game and improve their service a lot!

    Beauty Counter regimen pink line purchase

    I got the Beauty Counter pink line skincare set for traveling back in July 2020, but with all the pandemic restrictions I ended up not being able to go anywhere. So, the set just sat on my bathroom shelf right in front of my eyes. I noticed that the eye cream, which comes with a dropper, was basically still full even though I hadn't touched it in 6 months. Turns out, the product was evaporating because of some problem with the bottle design. That was a letdown, considering I didn't even get to use it as planned all this time.

    Eh, the stuff I bought from this company was top-notch quality and the designs were totally unique and eye-catching. The customer service I got was amazing, eh. The staff were super helpful and quick to fix any problems right away. You could tell they really care about their customers and making sure they're happy. I'd for sure buy from them again in the future, no doubt.
