    Expensive coat purchase

    I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. So, I splurged on this fancy coat, and they took my money right away. At first, they said I'd get it within a week, but then I got an email saying there would be a delay because of the current situation. I waited it out, but then I got another email saying my stuff was on its way and I'd get a tracking number soon. Only thing is, that tracking info never showed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. Now it's been almost a whole month, and still no coat and no word from these guys. I'm frustrated and feeling pretty let down, and honestly, starting to wonder if I got scammed.

    Daughter's returned jeans

    I had a really crappy experience with a refund problem at this store recently. My daughter gave back a pair of jeans on January 26th, and we still haven't seen the refund. Even though we showed proof that Royal Mail got the jeans, all we're getting are emails saying the refund will come in 14 days. This wait is stressing out my daughter, who's a student dealing with money problems. It's so annoying and not cool that the store is keeping her money like this.

    I had a big delay with getting a refund for something I ordered online from your company. It was sent to your Distribution Centre by mistake back in March of last year, and it's worth just under £300. I've been talking to your customer service team about it, giving them the tracking details they asked for, but there hasn't been any progress or updates. When it comes to returns, I think it's important for there to be accountability and to get things done promptly. This whole experience has been really disappointing and frustrating for me as a customer.

    I bought a dress and shoes from this store not too long ago, and boy, was I ever let down.     Overpriced summer dress

    I gotta tell you, I recently bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I bought a pricey summer dress, crossing my fingers it would arrive in time for a special event. But man, not only did it take forever to get delivered, but when it finally showed up, it looked nothing like the photo online. The fabric was cheap, the sewing was terrible, and it didn't even fit right. When I tried to return it, there was zero customer service. My emails went unanswered, and there was no way to call anyone. It's like they just took my money and disappeared. So disappointing.

    Electric faucet with warranty

    What a load of nonsense! I bought an electric faucet with a 3-year warranty and it crapped out after only a month. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - it felt like I was talking to a machine, not a real person. They wouldn't even come to my place to check out the faucet, they made me take it out and lug it over to the store. Like I've got nothing better to do than mess around with their crappy product. Total waste of time and money. Steer clear of this brand, folks.

    Eh, so I ordered a pair of jeans in September, eh, and didn't get them until November cause of all sorts of problems with the shipment. The customer service was terrible, eh, emails took forever to get a response and there was no way to talk to a real person. And then, when I finally got the package, they sent me the wrong item! I sent it back right away but still haven't got my refund, it's now late January. If you like wasting money and dealing with frustrating online shopping, this is the spot for you, eh.

    Return Trouser Refund

    Customer service was terrible when I tried to get a refund for these pants I sent back. I've been trying to get a hold of them by email and phone but they're not answering at all. I even went to the Financial Ombudsman to try and fix things. It's so disappointing that a brand I liked let me down like this. I'm for sure not buying anything from them again.

    I'm super annoyed with how this company is handling my gift card refund. It's really not cool that I've been waiting forever without any updates or help. And on top of that, I had to spend extra cash just to use the gift card in the first place, which is so frustrating. The lack of responsibility and customer service from this company is just awful. I totally agree with other customers who have had the same problems with Topshop. Hopefully, if ASOS really did buy them out, they'll deal with these refund issues ASAP and step up their customer service game to avoid any more bad press.

    I shouldn't have done that eh? After the buyout from Asos, I couldn't return anything. It's like they just threw all of Topshop's loyal customers to the wolves without a second thought. It's a shame because I never had any issues with Topshop before this disaster. Reading the reviews online, I can see I'm not the only one feeling betrayed by this mess. All the Topshop staff got the boot, leaving us customers in the dust. Thanks a lot, Asos, for ruining an iconic brand that had a special place in many fashion lovers' hearts.

    OMG, eh! I'm super annoyed at the moment! I ordered these super cute clothes online and when I wanted to return them, it turned into a total disaster, eh! Somehow my account got mixed up with ASOS and now they don't even know my order number or email address. Can you believe it? It's the worst thing ever, especially when I'm trying to save some money, eh. Ugh, I have no idea what to do next!     I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I returned an item two months ago and provided proof of return, but I haven't heard anything back from them. I know they got my return, but their customer service team is not helping at all. I've tried reaching out several times, but all I get are automated responses saying the email address doesn't exist anymore. It's just not right, eh. I feel like I'll never get my refund with this kind of unprofessionalism. They shouldn't be treating customers like this, eh.

    I just got back some stuff I bought online on January 2nd by sending it back through a courier service, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I showed them proof that I sent it back, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in customer service. It's been really frustrating, especially since I've been a loyal customer and never had any problems before. Sadly, I won't be shopping at this place again.
