Sheet masks order for sister's birthday
I recently bought some sheet masks for my sister's birthday from this company. Unfortunately, one of the masks went out of stock after I ordered them. When I tried to switch it for a different mask, they told me it was too late and I'd have to pay extra for shipping. I decided to just go ahead with the original order, even though it didn't come in time for my sister's birthday like they said it would. When I looked at the tracking info, I saw that the package was sent out three days later than they told me. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing overall.

I had such a great time shopping at 24 Sevres! The shipping was super fast, and the item I got was exactly what I expected from the website. I loved how they made sure to wrap the package securely to avoid any damage during delivery. You could tell they really cared about making sure everything was perfect. I was also relieved to know that I was getting the real deal and not a knockoff. Overall, I was really happy with the service and the quality of what I bought.

I went to the store in Telford the other day and got amazing service from a blonde lady with glasses. She was so helpful in helping me find the perfect size bikini, and she really went the extra mile to make sure I had a great shopping experience. I really appreciated her help and it made my visit so much better. I definitely recommend this store for their awesome customer service.

First time online order
Can you believe it? My first time shopping online with this brand was a total disaster. It's crazy to think that a company today can't even deliver on their promises to customers. It's been over a month now and I'm still waiting for a refund, it's so frustrating. And the fact that their customer service hasn't even bothered to respond is just not right - waiting days for a single reply is unacceptable.

Coat, Dissatisfied
OMG, so like, I got this coat from that store and it was a total disaster! Their customer service is garbage, they don't even have a phone number, omg! My order got delivered to the wrong address by their shipping partner and they couldn't help, like, seriously?? They took a picture of someone who's not even on the parcel, like, what's up with that?! And they couldn't even call the driver to fix it, like, really, how hard is it to use a phone?? Total clowns, never ordering from them again!

Shoes
Hey there, so I bought these shoes from the store and ended up having to return one. But then things got all messed up. Even though I had paid for everything already, the customer service peeps canceled the bill for the one item, which messed up my Klarna account. I contacted them a bunch of times to fix it, but no one seemed to want to help out and get it sorted. I was pretty let down by the lack of support and how inefficient the customer service team was.

Recent vehicle rental experience
So, I rented a car not too long ago and let me tell you, it was not a great experience at all. The car they gave me was in rough shape - cigarette burns everywhere, smelled like smoke, and even had a cracked windshield. And on top of that, it took forever to actually get the rental car, which was a huge hassle. They did end up giving me a different car, but the whole thing was just really disappointing overall. And then, when I returned the car, they tried to say I damaged the tire wall, even though I had proof that I didn't. It really makes me wonder about the quality and honesty of that rental service.
