Shoes
This customer service is just terrible, honestly. Can't even find a manager when you need one. And don't even get me started on those tracking codes they provide - complete nonsense. If you order stuff from different places through them, good luck getting the website to actually show you what's going on. It's like a disaster waiting to happen every time you shop there, seriously. If you're really into their stuff and can't resist, try finding other retailers with better service - it's worth it. Waiting for weeks to know where your stuff is without any useful info from them is ridiculous. Definitely worth reporting. I'll give their products one star, though, because they're actually well-made. But man, the prices are sky-high compared to other options out there, it's insane.
Gold glitter sneakers
So, I got these really cute gold sneakers with glitter on them. They were super comfy, but after wearing them three times, they literally fell apart at the seams. I went back to the store, and they sent them away to be fixed. But then I didn't hear anything for months - like, at least three months. Finally, they told me they didn't replace them, just tried to fix them, but did a really bad job. The sales lady wouldn't even let me see them! She gave me another pair of the same sneakers, but half a size bigger since they didn't have my size. After a week, wearing them only 2 or 3 times, the same thing happened again! They fell apart in the same spot. Back to the store I went, and they were like, sorry, we can't do anything because the company won't replace them. So embarrassing! The price was so high, but the quality was totally lacking! I can't believe this happened...
Pair of shoes
Honestly, it was a awful experience. I wouldn't suggest buying from their website at all. The customer service is just not there! I wanted to switch the size of the shoes I got, but I had to do a return instead and couldn't even exchange them. I ended up losing out on the first purchase discount. Plus, the return help is nowhere to be found and the reps really don't know much at all. In the end, I had to count on TNT to send the package again.
Overpriced and poorly made shoes
This company is a total joke, eh? The shoes I bought cost me a pretty penny and totally fell apart after only a few wears, eh? When I tried to return them, they gave me a hard time, eh? Their customer service team was so rude and unhelpful, they even hung up on me a bunch of times! It wasn't until I mentioned taking legal action that they finally agreed to give me my money back. Don't waste your money on this company, eh?
Delayed order with poor customer service
Eh, my online purchase experience at the store recently was, like, super disappointing. My order took forever to arrive, only to be cancelled without any explanation, eh. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email and phone calls, but I still haven't got a proper solution or response. The way things have been handled with no transparency and lack of communication has been really frustrating and not cool, eh.
Pair of shoes too small
What a disappointment! I ordered a pair of shoes in size 41, but when they showed up, they fit more like a size 38. I've got shoes from all sorts of brands and this is the first time I've had such a big problem with sizing. When I emailed customer service about it, they were just terrible and not helpful at all.
Metal Heel Shoes
I just bought a pair of metal heel shoes from Casadei, but the metal heel got bent after only wearing them twice at home. I'm a size 12, so I'm not heavy, and that shouldn't have happened. When I reached out to customer service, they said they'd fix them, but also hinted that I might have to foot the bill for the repair. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and annoyed with the product quality and service.
Flora shoes in size 40.5 and 41
I'm super bummed out about Casadei not having the Flora shoes in my size. I was really excited to snag a pair, but now I'm out of luck. It's annoying when a brand doesn't offer sizes for everyone, especially when they're known for quality. This is a major disappointment.
An order for shoes
I can't believe how incompetent and deceiving this company is. I placed an order online, got charged, and was hoping for some sort of communication about my purchase. But lo and behold, I found out on their website that my order got cancelled with no heads up. When I contacted customer service, they casually confessed they didn't even have the shoes in stock when I ordered them. And then, can you believe it, they had the nerve to tell me to just wait for a refund that may or may not show up 'in the next following days'. The lack of honesty and responsibility here is just unbelievable.
Special occasion shoes
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered something with express shipping for the next day, but after 2 days, it still hadn't been sent out. The customer service was not great, just giving me excuse after excuse. I spent 18 euros for express shipping, and after 3 days, still no shoes in sight for my special event. I won't be ordering from them again.
Blade C+C shoes repair request
I contacted Casadei about fixing a pair of brand new Blade C+C shoes that got damaged on their second wear. They were stored in a red fabric shoe bag that left lint on the crystals and messed up their look. I sent pictures and asked to pay for the repair, but they said no without telling me why. Now I'm stuck with unusable shoes and the only ones who can fix them won't do it for no reason. It's so disappointing! Other brands like Prada have no problem fixing items even years later, but Casadei just didn't care. They lost a loyal customer.
Plexiglass sandal purchase
I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years and always loved their shoes. But let me tell you, despite the high prices, I felt like I was getting service from a cheap shoe store. Back in April 2022, I bought a 675 euro plexiglass sandal and after only wearing it twice, the film on ONE SHOE, the right one, started peeling off all over the sandal and even on the heel where my foot barely touches. I sent photos of both sandals - one new and fine, the other clearly defective. They told me it was because my foot was sweating (just the right foot, they said!) and that it wasn't a manufacturing issue. I sent more pics, but never heard back from them. So, I went back to the Rome boutique where I bought them, receipt in hand. Despite the salesperson being rude and dismissive, I insisted on photos, which she eventually took and said she'd send to customer service. Well, it's been months and still no response. Seems like they don't want to own up to their mistake. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure. You're better off going with the Chinese brands - at least you know what you're getting for 10 euros. Can't believe I paid 675 for this! That's my two cents on the matter.
Defective sandals received
Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I got a pair of sandals worth over $700 and the color on the heel was already chipped off when they arrived, without me even wearing them. I asked for a return, which was a pain, and Casadei doesn't do replacements, so now the sandals I wanted are out of stock. I'm stuck without any sandals now. And to top it off, it was a Christmas gift! Can you believe that? How does a luxury brand like that not take care of their customers? Not even the Chinese would do that! Just so you know, they never even bothered to call me, or else I would have answered.
My fave shoes ever!
Oh man, these shoes are seriously the bomb! I’ve been rocking them for ages and they’re my go-to pair. And let me tell ya, the folks at the store are the sweetest and super helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re totally satisfied with your shoe game!
My recent shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this place, and I gotta say I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The customer service wasn't great at all. I'm really disappointed with this company. I bought something at the end of January and it's been over a month now, but I still haven't got my order or a refund. Gift boots for a friend
I recently bought a pair of boots as a gift for my friend but had to change plans and needed them shipped directly to her instead of me. I contacted customer service quickly, but they couldn't change the shipping address. They said they'd tell the courier, but didn't. The boots ended up at my place instead of my friend's. When I asked for an extension to the return period because of this mess-up, they said no. I felt like the support folks didn't get my situation at all. Even though I had paid for everything already, the customer service peeps canceled the bill for the one item, which messed up my Klarna account. I contacted them a bunch of times to fix it, but no one seemed to want to help out and get it sorted. I was pretty let down by the lack of support and how inefficient the customer service team was.
Express Delivery Purchase
I just bought something online and paid for express shipping because I needed it ASAP. The problem is, even though I forked out extra cash for faster shipping, my order is still stuck in the packing stage 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. The customer service team I reached out to was no help at all - they blamed it on too many orders causing backlogs. It's really frustrating that they keep charging for express shipping when they can't keep up with their promises, and on top of that, they don't even offer refunds.
