Gift boots for a friend
I recently bought a pair of boots as a gift for my friend but had to change plans and needed them shipped directly to her instead of me. I contacted customer service quickly, but they couldn't change the shipping address. They said they'd tell the courier, but didn't. The boots ended up at my place instead of my friend's. When I asked for an extension to the return period because of this mess-up, they said no. I felt like the support folks didn't get my situation at all. I just wanted to exchange the boots for the right size after talking to my friend, but they wouldn't let me.
