    This customer service is just terrible, honestly. Can't even find a manager when you need one. And don't even get me started on those tracking codes they provide - complete nonsense. If you order stuff from different places through them, good luck getting the website to actually show you what's going on. It's like a disaster waiting to happen every time you shop there, seriously. If you're really into their stuff and can't resist, try finding other retailers with better service - it's worth it. Waiting for weeks to know where your stuff is without any useful info from them is ridiculous. Definitely worth reporting. I'll give their products one star, though, because they're actually well-made. But man, the prices are sky-high compared to other options out there, it's insane.

    As a customer ordering from outside the country, it's really frustrating to have to deal with extra customs fees on my purchases. I think these fees should just be included in the price when I check out, instead of having to pay them separately when my package arrives. It's even more annoying when the things I buy are below the taxable amount, but I still have to pay customs fees. It just seems like an unnecessary bother and a surprise cost that the company should take care of.

    Rental car booking experience in Valencia

    My experience with the rental car company was not great at all. When I got there, they gave me a dirty car with no gas and tried to convince me to pay double for a different vehicle than the one I had booked. It was super frustrating and wasted a lot of my time during my trip. I definitely recommend avoiding this company, especially in Valencia. The guy who helped me out, Alexandro, was not professional at all and was very dishonest, which really soured my whole experience.

    I bought some swimwear from that store recently and Chantal, the employee who helped me, was amazing. She didn't just push the most expensive stuff on me, like some other places do. Chantal actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect swimsuit. She even suggested some extra things that I didn't even think of, and they really leveled up my look. Chantal was not only helpful, but she was also super friendly and made the shopping experience fun. It's not very common to find someone in retail who really cares about their customers and isn't just after a quick sale.

    Meal kit purchase

    I tried out a meal kit service not too long ago, and to be honest, some of the recipes were okay, but most of them were pretty disappointing. I had to throw out at least 5 meals because they were just awful. The choices for meals seemed kind of limited, so it felt like we were eating the same things all the time. The food was so unappetizing that I actually ended up losing weight. The cooking times they gave were way off, and if I had followed them, we probably would have gotten sick. Plus, the veggies they sent sometimes looked bad or were already starting to rot. A couple of times, the ingredients leaked together and made a big mess when I was cooking. One night, I made some spicy battered chicken, and it looked good, but it tasted like beef-flavored ramen noodles - not great. And frying raw battered chicken in a pan just seemed like a bad idea - it looked undercooked no matter how long I left it on the stove. I hope they can do better, but I need a meal kit service that's more reliable and tasty.

    I recently bought a bedroom set from this furniture store and unfortunately, the experience has been terrible. I placed my order in August with a delivery scheduled for September 7th, but I never heard anything about a delay. On September 26th, I decided to cancel my order, even with the 10% loss, because I was frustrated by the lack of communication. They promised a quick delivery and a $100 reduction in delivery fees, but only half of the set arrived on November 11th. I'm still waiting for the dresser and haven't received any updates on the status. When I called to express my concerns about the delays, they were not apologetic and only offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience. For a $6000 purchase, this level of customer service is unacceptable and makes me feel like I've been scammed.
