Christmas tree purchase
Deciding on decorations can be tough, especially with lots of great choices out there. I had to choose between three amazing Christmas trees after narrowing down my options. The best way to make a final decision was to see them in my own home, and I'm really happy that I did. Working with the company was a breeze, and they let me get creative with my selection. In the end, I went with a Christmas tree that's totally different from my usual style, and I absolutely love it.
Spring wreath purchase
I was on the hunt for the perfect spring wreath and remembered this store from when I bought Christmas decorations there. I knew they had good stuff. I spent a lot of time on the internet looking for the right wreath for my front door and when I found it at this store, I was so happy. When it arrived, it was well packaged and the wreath looked amazing. I took my time fixing up the vines and flowers before putting it on my door. It turned out even more beautiful than I thought it would be.
Overpriced product
I was pretty disappointed with the thing I bought. It was way too small and not fluffy enough for the amount of money I paid for it. I was expecting it to be amazing, but it was just okay. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends based on the price.
Artificial Christmas trees
The fake Christmas trees I bought weren't what I was hoping for. They cost a lot of money and the quality wasn't as good as they claimed. We have two trees from this company, but they weren't the greatest and we were let down by what we got.
Stratford Spruce tree, 6.5 ft unlit
The Stratford Spruce tree we got to replace our old one is amazing in our home. It fits perfectly in the space we have, and it looks so real with its fullness. We chose the unlit one so we could put on our own lights and never deal with half-lit strands again. Putting it together was easy, and the storage bag it came with makes putting it away simple. We're really pleased with the price we paid for such a good quality tree and the fast shipping.
Black Friday Christmas tree purchase
I was super excited to snag an early Black Friday deal on my Christmas tree, but that feeling quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed the same tree selling for an even cheaper price just a few weeks later. I had used a coupon to get my total down to $859, but if I had waited a bit longer, I could have gotten it for only $809. I felt like I missed out on a sweet deal by rushing into my purchase.
Heavy artificial Christmas tree
I just got a new fake Christmas tree that's super heavy and I'm actually really impressed with how good quality it is. Putting it together was pretty easy, even though I haven't fluffed it all the way yet. I'm hoping that once I fluff it, it'll look just like the picture on the website. But, I did run into a problem trying to connect two sections together. It was a bit of a hassle and now they're stuck and won't come apart. Even with that hiccup, I'm happy with how the tree looks overall and how sturdy it is.
Flip Tree purchase
I got a flip tree from this store and putting it together was no problem, but I couldn't figure out how to make the remote work. I had to phone customer service and surprisingly, I was able to talk to a guy named Chris. He was super helpful, even sent me some pictures to help me fix the problem. It's not very common these days to actually talk to a real person who genuinely wants to help you out. Big shoutout to Chris and the customer service crew!
Great deal
I've been looking for a good deal, and I've heard great things about this company. So when I saw the sale and free shipping deal, I knew I had to jump on it. The whole ordering process was super easy, and my stuff came in even faster than I thought. I haven't opened it up yet, but I can tell you right now, this has been an awesome experience. Thanks a bunch!
Credit card purchase
I just made a purchase with a credit card that I hadn't used for about 10 months. After I did that, I saw some sketchy charges on my account from random places. When I called customer service to tell them what happened, the person I talked to didn't seem to get it or care about my worries.
Wreath purchase
The wreath I got was so beautiful and well-made. The design and materials were really top quality and it looked so elegant in my home. But I wish there had been a note in the box telling me to fluff it out for the right size. At first, I thought they sent me the wrong size and it caused some confusion and extra calls to customer service. Adding that little note would have saved me some time and trouble overall.
Return label mix-up
I just had to call customer service because they sent me the wrong return label. I clearly told them what I was sending back and even left a note saying how much I liked the product, but somehow they sent me a label for something else. Luckily, Andy was super nice. He was understanding about the mistake and gave me great customer service. He even said he would refund my account and told me to keep the item. I'm really happy with how they handled everything and I'm excited to shop for fall plants and Christmas stuff soon!
