I'm so disappointed! My parents bought us a star and it's always hidden below the horizon. Like seriously, what kind of star does that?! I just bought a couple of recliners that seat two and are electric. But guess what? There's a big problem with the back of one of the recliners. I shelled out a good chunk of change for these recliners, so I was expecting them to be comfy and top-notch, but I'm pretty let down by how uncomfortable the back is.

Let me tell you about my experience with the customer service at this place. So I was having this issue with my email bouncing back from Yahoo and it was really frustrating. I decided to reach out for help and luckily, I got assistance from Luis. He figured out the problem with the domain right away and fixed it quickly. Thanks to him, my email is back to working perfectly. I can't thank him enough for coming to the rescue like that. The customer service I got was amazing and way above what I was expecting.

I just had to call customer service because they sent me the wrong return label. I clearly told them what I was sending back and even left a note saying how much I liked the product, but somehow they sent me a label for something else. Luckily, Andy was super nice. He was understanding about the mistake and gave me great customer service. He even said he would refund my account and told me to keep the item. I'm really happy with how they handled everything and I'm excited to shop for fall plants and Christmas stuff soon!
