I recently bought a suit and tie from this store, and I have to say, the customer service was amazing. The staff really went out of their way to help me find the right fit and style. It was disappointing to learn they don't offer a military discount, but then they tried to sell me on some warrior program. It was quite the contradiction!

Cool stuff
I ordered some really awesome stuff from this place, and it was packaged really well, so nothing got damaged in shipping. It actually got here faster than I thought, even though I don't live in the States. The only issue was that the delivery person didn't have my phone number, so they couldn't drop it off. I had to go pick it up at their office.

I bought these security cameras three years ago and they worked great at first. But now, the company has totally stopped providing support without warning, so I'm stuck with cameras that don't work. I relied on this company for my security, and now I feel abandoned.

I recently bought something online and it got here late because the delivery service totally dropped the ball. Charlotte Tilbury did their part and sent it out quickly, but the courier, Evri, messed up and it didn't arrive on time like I needed. I told them it was important to get it by a certain time, but they missed it, which was super annoying. And they didn't even offer any sort of compensation, just made empty promises about doing better next time. It's frustrating to see the same problems happening, especially since I mentioned similar issues in a review I wrote two years ago.

Account Banning Incident
I recently had a frustrating experience with eBay that really upset me. I had just set up an account to sell some stuff, but they banned me right away with no good reason. I tried asking customer service why I was banned, but all they said was that I was a risk to the eBay community - no specifics. I get that safety is important, but it was confusing not knowing what I did wrong. It would have been better if they told me exactly what I did, instead of just banning me without any chance to fix it. And on top of that, the customer service people I talked to were rude. One even hung up on me, which is not cool. It makes the whole company look bad.

OMG, I absolutely adore these mini wine bottles! It's awesome that you can sample various wines without committing to a whole large bottle. I picked up a pack with 4 different types and they were all delicious. The delivery was quick and the service was super friendly. The prices were a little steep, but I think it's worth it for the fun. I'm so excited to order more and host a mini wine tasting with my pals!

I was pretty let down by that remote control vibrator I bought, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for. But, I gotta say, the customer service I got was amazing. Even though they don't take returns on items like that, they gave me a full refund right away. They really showed me that they care about their customers. If I see something else I like from them down the road, I'd definitely think about buying from them again.

Expensive, bad fruit
I got this fancy fruit basket as a gift not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. It looked nice, but all the fruit in it was not even worth trying - what a waste! When I tried to talk to the store about it, they were no help at all and acted like they had no clue what bad fruit even is. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stick to getting flowers instead.
