Soundboks Speaker Purchase
I'm a happy customer who bought both the third and fourth generation speakers. I use them for all kinds of stuff like camping, pool parties, and even at motocross races to keep me hyped. The sound is top-notch, letting me blast music without any fuzziness. I've tested out other speakers with flashy lights and extra stuff, but none of them match up to the Soundboks speaker's performance.

I got this new thing called Gen4 and wow, the sound quality is amazing! The battery life is really long too. It's going to be at the 24-hour Nürburgring race this year, which is so cool, right?! Also, I had a little issue with my order, but the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and fixed everything right away. All in all, this is the best portable speaker I've ever had!

Sound system with defective batteries
I bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.

I bought my speaker from Amazon and then realized I could have gotten a free battery if I bought it from the website. 3 speakers love them!
I tell you, I picked up 3 speakers, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! We bring them out for parties and when we're just hanging out with friends. These bad boys are crazy loud, and the sound quality is top-notch. The customer service was fantastic, they really came through for me when I needed them.
