Recent purchase of a top of the line speaker
I recently splurged on a fancy new speaker and let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing! The battery life is top-notch, the design is slick, and the sound quality is just outstanding. Getting two batteries with it was a sweet deal for me, now I can jam out to music all day long without any interruptions. I mean, the fact that this Bluetooth speaker can deliver such clear sound is truly mind-blowing. Fingers crossed that it stays awesome over time. And shoutout to the customer service team, they've been super helpful. Had a little problem that needed fixing, but they took care of it really quickly and efficiently.
Portable speaker purchase
The folks on the service team were so nice and welcoming, really focusing on making sure I had a great experience as a customer. It was a breath of fresh air to get such awesome service, especially since good customer service can be hard to come by nowadays. When I got back my fixed Soundboks, I was pleasantly surprised to see they added in some extra treats as a nice gesture. This unexpected kindness really warmed my heart and solidified my positive experience with the company. All in all, I'm super happy with the repairs they did and I would totally recommend their services to others.

Sound system with defective batteries
I bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.
Gen 4 purchase
I just bought a Gen 4 speaker and was so happy to find out that I got a bonus battery for free, which I didn't even realize was included in my order. I decided to reach out to customer service, and they quickly gave me a code to claim the extra battery on their website. The whole process went really smoothly and didn't cost me a thing. It was such a hassle-free experience. I'm incredibly pleased with the great service from the company and will definitely be a customer for a long time to come.
3 speakers love them!
I tell you, I picked up 3 speakers, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! We bring them out for parties and when we're just hanging out with friends. These bad boys are crazy loud, and the sound quality is top-notch. The customer service was fantastic, they really came through for me when I needed them. I loved them so much, I went ahead and bought 2 more, and I'm already counting down the days until the next one!
Recent repair of my product
I recently got in touch for a repair and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how quickly and efficiently the team handled it. Leonie really went above and beyond to make sure my product got fixed up in no time. It was awesome to have my product back so soon and be able to jam out to my favorite tunes again. I'm definitely thinking about getting more stuff from this company in the future because I'm really happy with their service and the quality of their products.
Gen 3 purchase
Yeah, so I got this speaker and when I got it, the battery was already no good. But thankfully, this dude Frederik from customer service was really helpful and got me a new battery just in time for the weekend. It was great that they fixed it right away and I didn't have to wait forever to try out my new speaker.
Battery Replacement
I just had to get new batteries for my sound system because the old ones weren't doing the trick anymore. I got in touch with customer service and they got back to me super fast, which was a nice surprise. Not only did they say they'd send me a new battery right away, but they also made sure it was covered by the warranty. I really appreciate the amazing service I got from this company - good customer service like that isn't easy to find these days.
Repaired Sound System
I had a bit of a problem with my sound system after using it for about 3 years, and of course it was no longer covered by the warranty. But sending it to Denmark for repairs was surprisingly easy and quick. Right from the start of contacting them to getting back my fixed item, everything was done really well and with a lot of care. The cost of the repair was very fair, and I am super happy with how it turned out. I have to say, the service from this company is really top-notch. You guys are doing an awesome job!
