So, I went to this store, eh, and it was so cool, eh! They had the best clothes and accessories that were totally my style, eh. I got some cute t-shirts and sparkly scrunchies that I can't wait to wear to school, eh. The staff were super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, eh. I felt like a little fashionista shopping there, eh!

I've had pretty good experiences with this company for the most part, but one thing that really bugs me is how slow their shipping is. If you order something on a Friday, or sometimes even a Thursday, don't count on getting it right away. It usually doesn't ship until Monday at the earliest. Nowadays, everybody's used to getting things quickly, so I think they really need to work on speeding things up. Some folks might not care, but it bothers me.

I just bought a Gen 4 speaker and was so happy to find out that I got a bonus battery for free, which I didn't even realize was included in my order. I decided to reach out to customer service, and they quickly gave me a code to claim the extra battery on their website. The whole process went really smoothly and didn't cost me a thing. It was such a hassle-free experience. I'm incredibly pleased with the great service from the company and will definitely be a customer for a long time to come.
