My Soundboks conked out during a big event, so I had to ship it back to the company for fixing. There was a little hiccup with the shipping, but the company went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their service. They chatted with me in a friendly and personal way, making me feel like part of the crew and showing they valued me as a customer. When I got back my fixed Soundboks, I was pleasantly surprised to see they added in some extra treats as a nice gesture. This unexpected kindness really warmed my heart and solidified my positive experience with the company. All in all, I'm super happy with the repairs they did and I would totally recommend their services to others.
