Postpartum confidence booster
Seraphine clothes have been a game-changer for me since 2022. After having a baby, I had a tough time with hormonal stuff that made my body go from an XS to M/L. Even though some people close to me made not-so-nice comments about my weight gain, I knew it was because of hormones, not overeating. Wearing Seraphine clothes not only made me feel more confident, but it also boosted my mood and how I see myself. I've had a few mix-ups with orders, like getting a dress with a messed-up sleeve and picking the wrong size, but the customer service folks have always been quick to help me out. Recently, when I realized I needed to return something because of losing weight from another pregnancy, Goldie made sure I had enough time to send it back after my trip abroad. Thanks, Seraphine, for not just giving me chic and comfy clothes, but also for your top-notch customer service.
Postnatal leggings
Although I've always been happy with the stuff I've bought from this company before, I gotta say I was kinda let down by the postnatal leggings I got recently. They were way overpriced for what they were - they ended up feeling more like fancy tights than proper leggings. And to top it off, after only wearing them 4 or 5 times, they started getting ladders in them, which was a total bummer. But hey, big shoutout to the customer service team at this company, especially this awesome person named Selihom. Even though I took forever to reach out about my issue, Selihom sorted it all out super quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed by that level of service, so I'll probably keep shopping here 'cause usually they have good stuff and top-notch customer service like I just experienced.
Maternity pieces purchase
I recently bought some maternity clothes and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the quality. The designs are really stylish and the materials used are top-notch, making for a comfortable fit. I did order a few different styles and sizes, though, and ended up having to return some items. The return process was simple enough, but I will say that the refund took a bit longer than I expected. On a positive note, when I reached out to customer service about it, Danielle and Rebeca were super quick to respond and really helpful. They got my issue sorted out in no time. All in all, I'm happy with the products and the service I got.
Maternity hospital wear
I just bought some maternity clothes for when I go to the hospital soon and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and service. The stuff I ordered came quickly and fit me perfectly, which can be tricky when shopping online for pregnancy clothes. I had a question about the Kingsley shirred bodice jumpsuit and contacted customer service. Sabina got back to me fast with all the info I needed, and she was really knowledgeable. Overall, I'm super happy with my shopping experience here and will definitely come back for more maternity clothes in the future.
Comfortable jacket
I totally love the jacket I bought, eh! The website was so easy to use, and the size chart was super helpful in making sure I got the right fit. The jacket is exactly what was promised - comfy and stylish. The shipping was a bit slow, but that wasn't their fault, eh. I had to contact customer service to follow up on my order, and they got back to me right away and were really helpful. Can't wait for my next purchase, gonna get me a caripod, eh!
Maternity and nursing clothing experience
The maternity clothes were okay, but I think they could have used better quality fabrics, you know? The prices kind of hyped me up, so I was a little let down. The maternity clothes fit nicely, but when it came to the nursing clothes, that was a whole different deal. They were way too big and I had to get them altered. The extra material for the baby bump was awesome while pregnant, but it ended up looking all loose and not cute when nursing. I really wish they had a separate line for nursing clothes, that would have been perfect.
Nursing dress purchase
I just bought this nursing dress and I gotta say, I am so impressed with it! The quality and design are top-notch. It looks amazing and is super practical for nursing moms like myself. And let me tell you, it is not only stylish but also unbelievably comfy - perfect for wearing every day. I ended up getting two sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit best, but returning the one that didn't work out was a breeze. Overall, I am seriously impressed with the dress and the great service from the company.
High-quality clothes
I just bought some really nice clothes the other day and was really happy with them. But then, I ran into a problem when one of the dresses I got was suddenly out of stock right after I bought it. Luckily, Goldie from customer service was super quick in sorting it out and even threw in free shipping as a nice surprise. I was really impressed with how well they communicated and took care of everything.
High-quality clothing, excellent customer service
The clothes I bought were really good quality, and the prices were fair for how well they fit and how nice they are. The customer service was amazing, definitely some of the best I've ever had. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of options for post-maternity clothes. But I would be thrilled if they made some post-maternity active leggings with pockets!
Underwear and two jumpers
Oh my gosh, I just discovered this awesome store that has the comfiest underwear and the cutest jumpers! I first came across them at a baby show in London and then saw them on Instagram. The underwear I bought is incredibly soft and practical, and the jumpers are not only adorable but also really well-made. I'm totally loving how trendy their clothing is!
Missing item issue
I had a problem with my order 'cause one of the things was missing. I emailed customer service about it, and Elana got back to me real quick and helped me out. They fixed everything super fast and I even got a new item just a few days later. I really appreciate the great customer service they provided!
