Review about: eCampus
Rental book delivery issue
So, I ordered a book from eCampus for my rental and things got a bit wonky at the start. The USPS carrier accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place. But when I reached out to him, he was super helpful and cool about it. He managed to track down the book and brought it right to my door later that same day. The way he went above and beyond really lifted my spirits and I was impressed by his dedication to fixing the mistake. I also let eCampus know what went down and they were quick to respond and totally understanding. All in all, even though there was a little bump in the road, I was happy with how both the carrier and eCampus handled things.

Underwear and two jumpers
Oh my gosh, I just discovered this awesome store that has the comfiest underwear and the cutest jumpers! I first came across them at a baby show in London and then saw them on Instagram. The underwear I bought is incredibly soft and practical, and the jumpers are not only adorable but also really well-made. I'm totally loving how trendy their clothing is!

Recent sheet music purchase
The website has lots of sheet music options, which is great. But I find it a bit hard to navigate using the search function. It's a pain to go through all the different parts of various arrangements just to find the one I want. It would be better if they could make the search function easier to use and improve the overall user experience.

Dress purchase
I'm really disappointed with the lack of a tracking system and customer response team for order confirmation details. The email address is not getting back to me, and no one is picking up when I call. I have no idea where my dress is right now. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, and I really hope the vendor can give me some answers soon. If this isn't sorted out quickly, I might have to get my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved.

Two large artificial poinsettias
I bought two big fake poinsettias from this shop not long ago. When they showed up, the first one was wrecked. I wanted to give them back because they weren't good quality and didn't look real. But I had a hard time figuring out the return rules and only got some of my money back. I tried contacting them by email a bunch of times, but never got a reply or my full refund. The customer service was disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered something to a different address, item was returned but was re-sent
So, eh, I ordered this thing to the wrong address, and it didn't get picked up so it got sent back. Bubble was really awesome and sent me a new one when the original was re-sent. I asked if they could send it to my address instead, and even though it had already been shipped, they promised to send it back if it was returned. They changed the address for me and sent a new one, without waiting for the original. The person got it and I got the second one for free! Best customer service ever! Can't wait to buy more stuff from them! 😄

Website building platform
As a veteran website developer, I've created a ton of websites using this platform and I gotta say it's one of the best out there. Even though I've seen some bad stuff said about it online, I've never had any big issues using it. Actually, none of my clients who have websites I built have ever reached out to me with complaints or technical problems. Makes me think some of those bad reviews might not be legit, or folks are trying to mess with the platform on purpose. From what I've seen, Square Space has an easy-to-use interface, lots of ways to customize, and awesome customer support, which is why it's my top choice for website development.

Fast shipping, free blotting paper and samples
I just bought something, and once again, I gotta say I'm really happy with how quickly it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find free blotting paper in my package, and the samples were a nice touch too. It's great to be able to test out new products without having to buy a big size right away. Overall, I had a really good experience and I'm satisfied with what I got.
