Quick delivery, easy returns
I gotta admit, I wasn't too sure about Spartoo at first, but man, they really came through with their quick delivery and easy return system. My shoes arrived in no time, but sadly they didn't fit. I sent them back on Tuesday with a pick-up service, and by Thursday morning, I got a notification that Spartoo had already gotten my package. And get this, I got my refund later that same day. Can you believe that quick service? And they've got such a huge variety of styles and brands to choose from. In my books, Spartoo is the ultimate shoe website out there.

Hey there, so I had to swap out a pair of shoes because they had a defect that showed up after a couple of months. I went back to the store and Spartoo checked them out, no questions asked. They ended up giving me a new pair, which I was totally cool with. I couldn't find them in the US, so it was a great discovery for me. Just keep in mind, if you need to return them, it'll be costly, so be sure you really want them. I already knew Pikolinos shoes and I'm really happy with the pair I bought. The sandals are so nice, made of leather inside and out, and super comfy. The shipping was fast and easy, got it sent to a nearby spot for pick up which was a big help for those working all day.
Spam emails
These people are clueless. Sending out a bunch of spam emails to random addresses is so annoying and sketchy. I can't believe they keep doing it even after being told how wrong it is. It's like they don't understand how to treat others with respect or consider their privacy. Avoid these scammers at all costs if you care about your inbox and peace of mind.

I recently bought some jeans from that online shop, and honestly, it was just alright. They had a lot of choices for both guys and gals, which was cool, but I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to what I usually see at stores around here. The jeans are decent quality, but I'm not totally convinced they're worth the higher price.
White leather shoes blistered after one year
I bought these white leather shoes from an online store, but I was so bummed when the white layer started peeling off after just a year. I barely even wore them and this has never happened to me with any other shoes. When I tried to contact Spartoo about it, they didn't want to admit that the shoes were defective. I won't be shopping from them, or any other online store, again, that's for sure.

I recently bought a pair of shoes online. The shoes were good quality and what I expected. But when they arrived, I had to pay extra for duty and shipping fees, which wasn't clear when I made the order. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they didn't really help and stopped replying to my emails. It's disappointing that they said they were from the UK when they're not. I wouldn't recommend buying from them after my bad experience.
