Returns & RefundsHey there, so I had to swap out a pair of shoes because they had a defect that showed up after a couple of months. I went back to the store and Spartoo checked them out, no questions asked. They ended up giving me a new pair, which I was totally cool with. The new shoes just arrived today, and I want to shout out Spartoo for being so quick and having awesome customer service that's always available. Big thanks to Spartoo and Pellet!

Returns & RefundsI gotta admit, I wasn't too sure about Spartoo at first, but man, they really came through with their quick delivery and easy return system. My shoes arrived in no time, but sadly they didn't fit. I sent them back on Tuesday with a pick-up service, and by Thursday morning, I got a notification that Spartoo had already gotten my package. And get this, I got my refund later that same day. Can you believe that quick service? And they've got such a huge variety of styles and brands to choose from. In my books, Spartoo is the ultimate shoe website out there.
