    Appalling customer service

    I'm really upset about my experience at this store. I ordered something, got an email saying it was shipped, and was told to track it with an app. But the app doesn't show my order number, so I can't track it. I've emailed them several times and haven't heard back. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is not okay. I'll give them one more chance to fix this before I do something else.

But hey, the customer service team was on it right away and sent me a new one without any trouble. I was really impressed by how quick they fixed it, and it made me feel good about the whole situation. I'll definitely be back to shop at this store again in the future.

    The advent calendar was such a letdown, eh! It barely had any makeup items and was filled with random junk like stickers, washi tape, and porcelain cats. The skincare products were super tiny and had terrible reviews online. The snacks were just okay, nothing special. And let me tell you about the shipping and taxes - what a nightmare! I ended up spending a ton of money and feel like I got ripped off. I'm so disappointed, eh.

    Advent calendar pre-order

    This place is a total disaster. I ordered an advent calendar almost two months ago and it still hasn't shown up. There's no tracking info, and they haven't answered any of my emails. Feels like they just took my cash and bolted, leaving me with nothing. It's a total rip-off, and I'm not gonna let them off the hook. Stay away from this place, no matter what.

    Bought advent calendar

    OMG, I can't believe it! I bought an advent calendar and it was so expensive, with extra fees on top of that! And guess what? One of the pieces was broken AND they gave me two stickers and a roll of washi tape - like, what am I supposed to do with that?! And to make it worse, it didn't even arrive on time for the advent season. I contacted customer service and all they offered me was a small store credit that I can't even use. Ugh, worst Christmas ever!

    BTS and BT21 Line Friends items

    I recently bought some BTS and BT21 Line Friends stuff from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. The quality of the items was top-notch and I was glad to see that they were the real deal. I got myself two BT21 shirts and two BTS BT21 Line Friends items, and they all lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and authenticity. The shipping was super fast, and I got my stuff delivered to my US warehouse address without any issues. The packaging was also really well done, making sure everything arrived in perfect condition.

    Now, I will say that the prices were pretty reasonable overall, but I did notice that some items were a bit cheaper at other stores, especially when compared to the prices on the Line Friends' website. For example, the watches I bought were about $10 cheaper on their website. However, since the items I wanted were sold out elsewhere and only available at this store, I went ahead with my purchase here. Even with the price difference, I'm still happy with my shopping experience at Sukoshi Mart and I'll definitely think about buying more BTS and BT21 items from them in the future because they have a great selection.

    I ordered something online and paid for it, but I never received an email confirming my order. I reached out to customer service, but I haven't heard back from them. I don't even have an order number or any proof of my purchase. My bank account was charged and the payment went through, but Sukoshi Mart is claiming they have no record of my order. I would suggest avoiding this place!

    Sukoshi Mart is honestly such a letdown. I was hoping for quick service and good products as a customer, but my experience was super disappointing. The whole ordering process was confusing and took forever, which meant I had to wait forever to get my stuff. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically nonexistent. They never responded to my questions or problems, which made me feel like they just didn't care. On top of that, the prices were way too high compared to other stores, so I couldn't see why I should keep shopping there. And the delivery? It was so slow and totally unreliable, which just made everything worse. Overall, Sukoshi Mart is a total letdown from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and dependable shopping experience.

    I just gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the product I got from Sukoshi Mart. I went there not too long ago, picked up this thing, and turns out it was broken. Went back to the store, and they wouldn't take it back cause I had already opened it. But I had to open it to see that it was broken! It doesn't seem right that they don't make exceptions for obviously damaged products like this one. I've been shopping at Sukoshi Mart for a while now, so I was kinda hoping for better customer service from them.

    Yeah, so I got a ceramic mug and a cute lamp from Sukoshi Mart. It was pretty cool how fast they got here, only took four days. The package was good, nothing broke during shipping. And the stuff itself was better than I thought, really happy with what I got.

    I had a really bad time shopping at this store. The customer service was so disappointing, it's sad to see a business run that way. I tried emailing them multiple times, but never got a response. And to top it off, the products I got had black sharpie markings on them, which made me question if they were reliable. The sunscreen I bought had the SPF info covered with sharpie on all sides, and they didn't give any reason for it. I contacted them right away to tell them my worries and ask for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back from them. This lack of communication and responsibility is worrying, and I won't shop there again. The service was just awful, and they really need to fix these problems to keep their customers' trust.

    My buddy told me about these Korean acne patches she got from this store and they were awesome. They come in a cool red and white package. I went and bought them from the store and was super happy with how they worked on my skin. They were simple to use and helped my acne look better overnight.     My online shopping experience with Sukoshi Mart was a letdown. I had problems right from the start when I got the wrong items in my order. Their customer service wasn't very helpful - took them forever to get back to me, and even then, they were slow to fix the issue. It felt like I had to argue with them for a week just to get them to agree to send me the right stuff, but only if I sent back the wrong items first. I tried to explain that it was hard for me to print the return label and to make it to the post office during my work hours, but they wouldn't budge on their policy and wouldn't send the correct items right away.
